篇一:说课稿=商务英语口语
各位领导,各位老师大家好,
我今天说课的课程是商务英语口语,说课内容是商务情景一Reception接待的
第1,2课时。

首先介绍一下本次说课的目录,本次说课从7个方面进行,说定位,说目标,
说内容,说教法,说学法,说教程和反馈 总结 。 第一个方面,说定位。

包括两项内容,课程定位和本章节定位。一、课程定位。商务英语口语是商务
英语专业实现人才培养目标的核心课程。是一门实用性,技能性很强的课程。
主要是培养学生从事外贸行业必备的职业技能。它是商务英语专业的专业必修
课,对象是大二年级的学生,通过大一时国际贸易,实用英语和商务英语的学
习,加上商务英语口语课的实践,从而培养学生从事外贸行业的职业技能。二、
本章节定位。我用了三个一来给本章节定位。 一条线索,第一个情景,第一个
单元。一条线索是指本册书是由一条商务线索贯穿始终,第一个情景是指接待
是商务情景中的开始,所有商务流程要从接待开始;第一个单元是指本节课是
第一个单元第一节课,所以非常重要。这个图是每个单元的课程内容。每个单
元一个主题,有单词讲解,示范对话,学生对话,阅读文章和口语话题。

第二,说目标
总目标是全面提高学生语言综合应用能力,培养学生商务职业技能。 分为三个
目标,知识目标,能力目标和素质目标。知识目标是3个。

1、了解整册书的线索,人物,事件2、掌握基本的商务流程3、掌握
商务接待的相关表达法。能力目标是要求学生能够运用准确、规范、流利的英
语完成商务接待,能够灵活运用日常英语进行商务对话。素质目标是要求学生
具备从事对外商务活动的基本素质,具备良好的对外沟通能力和团队合作精神。

第三,说内容
本节课接待主要完成两个大内容,一个是介绍教材的线索和商务基本流程。另
一个是学习商务接待相关表达法和对话。下面说一下本节课的重点和难点,还

有解决方法。针对本节课的教学内容,教学重点是3个,1是弄清教材的线索,
掌握商务流程2是掌握商务接待相关表达法3是熟读教材示范对话。教学难点
是根据教材示范对话,学生分组进行商务情景模拟演练。针对教学重点,我采
用的解决方法是16个字。听说领先,实践为主,词汇跟上,理解到位。针对教
学难点,我采用的解决方法是8个字。由简到难,启发教学。

第四,说教法
学校推行教学方法改革,改变传统的单一的讲授法,运用多种教学方法授课。
本节课我采用的教学方法有讲授法,归纳法,提问法,情景教学法,小组讨论
法。使用讲授法和归纳法讲解本节课的单词,归纳常用表达法。使用提问法提
问学生重点句型的翻译和对对话内容的理解。使用情景教学法给定学生一个商
务接待的情景,学生进行模拟商务情景表演。使用小组讨论法,让学生分组讨
论,合作学习。本学期的商务英语口语课我主要是将情景教学法应用到我的教
学中,建构主义理论认为,情景教学法是在教学实践中创设真实的教学情景,
使学

生的学习环境和现实环境相类似,使学生围绕真实问题进行自主探究学习,这
也是在学法中我将要提到的。在课上首先使用讲授法让学生掌握商务接待的相
关表达法,然后学生小组讨论分配角色,组织语言,最后将情景教学法应用到
教学中。情景教学法在口语教学中的应用非常普遍,也十分有效。下面几张图
片是学生在课堂上进行情景表演的案例。

第五,说学法
在教法中提到了学生合作和探究学习。学生有厌烦学习的,有刻苦学习的,针
对厌烦学习型可以使用合作学习和观察学习调动积极性,针对刻苦型学生可以
使用自主学习和探究学习,通过自主,探究,合作,观察学习达到以学生为中
心,学生为主体的教学模式。

第六,说教程
本节课分六个步骤,导入15分钟,单词讲授10分钟,示范对话20分钟,这是
45分钟的课时安排,小组讨论10分钟,情景表演,点评30分钟,总结,布置
作业5分钟。下面具体讲述一下每一步的内容。导入,介绍商务英语口语教材
的线索,介绍商务基本流程。要求学生用以前的知识表演简单的机场接待,从
而导入新课内容机场接待。在这一部分使用的是讲授法和情景教学法。单词讲
授,主要是由学生来领读单词,老师纠正发音,然后归纳相关用法,学生记笔
记。这一部分使用的是讲授法和归纳法。示范对话,学生听录音,注意标准发
音,三个示范对话At the airport和At the restaurant,At the hotel。然
后提问学生对重点句型的翻译和对话内容的理解。这一部分使用的是讲授

法和提问法。小组讨论,4人为一组进行讨论,每组以公司的名称命名,然后
根据示范对话讨论分配角色,组织语言。本部分使用的是小组讨论法。情景展
示,学生分组进行机场接待和酒店接待的模拟商务情景展示,每组表演后进行

用了情景教学法,讲授法。最后以提问的方式总结本节课的知识点,布置本节
课的作业。使用的是讲授法和提问法。

第七,反馈总结
从教师方面和学生方面进行总结。学生方面,机场接待的情景比较简单,学生
表演得很好,但是学生的词汇量太少,语言组织过于简单。针对学生的弱点,
教师在以后的课上让学生多读多练,给学生创设更多贴近实际的商务情景。

各位评委、各位老师下午好:
今天我说课的内容是《新编商务英语精读》第三册,第三单元的A篇
“Auction”(拍卖)。下面我将从教材、教学法、教学过程、教学效果四个方面
来对本课课程进行讲解说明。

一、教材
(一)教材构成
《新编商务英语精读》是由全国商务英语研究会推荐的一套英语教材。这是这
套书的第三册,分为10个单元,每个单元包括三大模块:阅读I,阅读II,和
扩展性练习。阅读I为精讲文章,阅读II为泛读文章,扩展性练习为讲练结合。
今天这篇文章就是第三册第三单元的精讲文章。

(二)教学内容及重、难点
为了落实本课时的教学目标,我把本课的重难点分别确定为以下几个方面:
1、重点
1)通过 导入问题和集思广益的活动来 提高学生学习兴趣,使学生掌握有关拍
卖知识的英语表达。这涉及到词,短语,句子。

二、教学法
(一)教学对象
我所教授的是商务英语专科二年级学生,通过一年的大学学习,他们已经具备
一定的自学能力。他们的英语在听说读写方面也具备一定的能力,但是,他们
的各方面的能力亟待提高 。

(二)教学理念
1.关注学生的进步和发展。教师必须确立学生的主体地位,树立“一切为了学
生的发展”的思想。

2. 关注教学效益,要求教师要有时间与效益的观念。不能简单地把“效益”理
解为“花最少的时间教最多的内容”。教学效益不取决于教师教多少内容,而
是取决于对单位时间内学生的学习结果与学习过程综合考虑的结果。

3. 需要教师具备一种反思的意识。每一个教师要不断地反思自己的日常教学行
