Unit 2 What’s the matter, Mike?教学设计一、教学内容：PEP小学英语六年级下册第二单元第一课时（Le t’s start Let’s chant A Let’s learn Let’s play）二、教材分析：本单元的教学内容主要是围绕“看病就医”和“描述心情”这两个话题展开。
“看病就医”是日常生活中的一个常见话题，本单元A部分介绍了有关这一话题的常用词汇和日常交际用语。
本课是本单元A 部分的第一课时，本课时的中心话题是“What’s the matter？”，让学生首先学习描述疾病的一些单词和短语，然后围绕着描述身体的不适展开话题，学习运用“What’s the matter？”来询问他人的身体是否健康，并且通过小组合作学会简单表达自己或他人的健康状况，促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流，增进友谊。
三、学情分析六年级学生经过前面几册的学习，已经掌握了大量的短语、句子，积累了较多的英语知识，具备了一定的英语表达能力。
而本单元的“看病就医”是日常生活中的一个常见话题，与学生的实际生活密切相关，易于引发学生用简单的英语进行交际和交流。
四、教学目标（一）、知识与技能：1、能够听、说、读、写单词或短语：have a cold, have a toothache, havea fever, hurt, have a headache，have a sore throat。
2、能够听、说、认读句型：“What’s the matter, Mike? I feel sick. I havea fever.”并进行关键词的替换操练。
3、能够理解并会吟唱Let’s chant 的歌谣。
（二）、过程与方法引导学生在学习过程中注意合作学习，利用教材中的Pair work、Group work、Let’s play或Task time部分，培养学生合作的意识。
（三）情感态度与价值观教育学生要讲究卫生，预防疾病。

通过对《课标》的学习和理解，以及对学生和本课教材的分析，我在《Last Weekend》一课的教学活动时，注意突出了以下几点：1.构建合适的语言支架，发展学生的语言能力。
在本节课中，我采用了情境教学法，设计了吴一凡一家人的周末活动，并学习住旅馆遇到的遭遇。
完整的故事情节是对教材进行的整合，将难点及重点一一突破，构建了合适的语言支架，词不离句，句不离篇，让学生对语言有整体的感知。
后来又通过图片构建了语言支架，让学生的交际变得真实、有效，发展了学生的语言能力。
2.以学生为主体，教学活动灵活多样。
六年级的学生有了一定的英语基础，但开始有了两极分化，部分学生不愿意张口。
因此，这就要求我们的英语课教学不能一味地灌输语言知识，而应是通过不断地改进教学方法，组织开展丰富有趣的活动，以学生为主体，充分发挥孩子们的自主性，培养他们的兴趣。

一、教材分析及学情分析
本单元是继6上Unit9单元之后，进一步学习形容词比较级。
通过Some stories are more interesting句型了解部分双音节及多音节形容词比较级的表达。
项目主要内容
A. Let’s listen and say 对话。
重要句型：That piece of meat is better than mine.
Some stories are more interesting.
B. Let’s learn 单词。
A piece of meat/better/drop
C. Let’s practise 活动。
练习句型I like...more than....
D. Let’s read 内容：Reading is good for us.
E. Let’s write 对话。
What books does Peter/Anne/Lingling/Mingming
like?
F. Let’s have fun 。
学生在之前通过学习句型This bird is bigger than the first one. 的功能与意念，熟悉掌握了部分单音节形容词比较级。
并能初步运用句型对两事物进行比较。
能用Ilike...表达自己的喜好。
此外，也学习了部分动词的过去式，如went,gave,took,walked,was,had,thought,opened。
这些为新旧知识的仙界打下了基础。
