全国疾病预防控制中心能力建设现状分析

【摘要】目的：分析了解全国疾病预防控制中心疾控能力建设现状，主要了解全国疾病预防控制基本信息系统中仪器设备、检验能力、房屋和经费四项指标的基本现状，为进一步提高全国各级疾控机构工作质量和核心竞争力提供决策依据。方法：以2011年疾病预防控制基本信息系统中相关指标的水平进行比较，了解各级疾控中心与国家标准存在的差距。结果：全国各级疾控中心在仪器设备配置、实验室检验能力、房屋建筑面积和经费投入等方面与国家标准相比都存在一定的差距。结论：各级政府必须充分认识疾病预防控制工作的性质和特点，加大财政经费投入、重视现场处置人才培养，提高实验室检验能力，方能保证疾病预防控制工作的正常运转。%Objective: Analyze and understand the ability of national centers for disease control and prevention in controlling and preventing diseases; mainly to know about the status such four indicators as instrument and equipment, test ability, houses and expenditure of the basic information system; to provide decision-making foundation for the disease control and prevention agencies at all levels around the country to further improve their work and core competitiveness.
