The Post-graduate Craze
In recent years, it is quite a common phenomenon that millions of college students sit for post-graduate studies. More and more students have realized that it is an indispensable part of their education to pursue the graduate degree.
What is the reason that students prepuce for those examinations either through years of self-education or by spending lots of money attending local training schools? And what is to account for their enthusiasm for a post-graduate diploma?
As far as I am concerned, two mainly reasons might be used to explain this common phenomenon. On the one hand, most students have to improve their competitiveness greatly because the employment pressure has become increasing sever, they find that going to graduate schools is extremely a good way to relieve this enormous pressure. On the other hand, some classmates become even more passionate about their profession through the study of their major in college, so they intend to improve their quality of the professional through continue studying. No wonder that millions of students will consider pursuing a post-graduate degree.

三调查数据分析 1考研意向 关于考研与否结果如图所示，有39%想考研，有46%不想考研，有15%还不太清楚。单从考研人数这一方面来看，几乎一半的比例说明打算考研的同学还是很多的，但是再从整体上看，考研与不考研所占比例基本持平，这说明持续了很久考研热，已经开始逐渐的降温了。大多数同学都有了自己明确的目标，不再跟随他人，盲目考研。还有15%的同学还没有有明确的打算，一直处于观望的状态。他们大多对考研不太了解，对自己日后的打算也不太清楚。

Personal computer and the Internet shorten distance of people as well. For instance, one goes abroad contact his parents with long-distant video and it relieve the homesick he has. While they have many advantages, personal computer and the Internet also have some disadvantages. At first place, some people become reluctant to communicate with others due to addiction in computer games or Internet and they may be unsocial with their friends and their parents. Secondly, excessive enthrallment(沉迷) in computer and Internet could lead to unhealthy mental state. Fact shows that one may exist depression after long-term isolate with other people, thus cause some negative effects like suicide. Thirdly, if someone fixes his eyes on monitor too long, his eyesight will be impaired. This also hurt his health physiologically. Since personal computer and the Internet have advantages and disadvantages at the same time, the using of them has tow-side effects. We should take advantage the good side of them and avoid the bad side of them to the greatest extent.

解读“考研热”的成因 随着越来越多的大学生选择考研，“考研热”也已成为一种不容忽视的教育现象。到底是什么原因造成了“考研热”的形成，就整体的社会氛围而言，考研热的出现与大学生的价值取向有关。针对当前“考研热”现象的成因，我们做了一些调查。大多数考研的大学生以及还没有考研的学生，对是否考研的判断是通过了解国家大政方针、就业形势、研究生待遇以及个人的发展等因素形成的。 1、国家对人才培养的重视 多年前，国家领导人就指出：“培养同现代化要求相适应的数以百万计的高素质的劳动者和数以百万计的专门人才，发挥我国巨大人才资源的优势，关系到21世纪社会主义事业的全局。”研究生教育是立足培养高层次专门人才的主要途径，肩负着为我国现代化建设培养高素质、高层次、创造性人才的重任，是我国增强国际竞争力的重要支撑力量。不久前，教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部印发了《关于深化研究生教育改革的意见》，深化我国研究生教育改革。《意见》中强调要通过教育改革，到2020年，要基本建成规模结构适应需要、培养模式各具特色、整体质量不断提升、拔尖创新人才不断涌现的高层次人才培养体系，为进入人才强国和人才资源强国行列提供有力支撑。可以说，国家对研究生教育给予了高度重视。 2、社会对高端人才需求增加 通过几十年的沉淀，我国基本已成为人才大国，无论是人才结构还是数量上，都有了较高增长。但随着知识经济的发展，社会对高层次人才需求也在不断增加，对于大学本科毕业生来说，如果不继续深造不成为高素质、创造性专门人才，就不能满足知识经济对人才的需求，就会时刻有危机感和落伍感。如果经过研究生阶段的深入、系统的学习，获得研究生学历就能在未来的市场竞争的天平上增加砝码。 3、研招规模扩大和补助提高 为满足社会对高层次人才的需求，国家也加大了研究生培养的力度。从1999年以来不断扩招，这为本科生提供了更多深造的机会，因此对广大应届本科毕业生来说，考取研究生并非可望不可及的事情，而是完全可以实现的。虽然从2014年起，研究生教育完全自费，可能会对考研学生会有一定影响，但不断提高的助学金待遇，这基本上能够解决基本生活费问题；另外，通过申请各种类型的奖学金和勤工助学等形式，基本上能够缓解经济上的困难，如果时间充裕，还可通过兼职等方式创造更多收益，这对顺利完成学业创造了条件。 4、在校生有非常有利的考研条件
