摘要

通过对国内外塑料管材机械生产线的研究分析,确定了无屑切割机做为本课题的主要设计内容。无屑切割机用于塑料管材的定长切割,在切割过程中机架上的移动台可以沿着管材挤出方向移动,并保持与管材的同步进给速度。在切割机的前部装有托轮装置,托轮起到支撑和导向的作用,针对不同管径时要予以调节。当翻料架上的行程开关或编码器发出切割信号后,机器夹紧装置上的夹紧控制装置夹牢管材,使管材在切割过程中相对固定,夹紧装置为夹紧块哈夫夹紧,在切割不同规格的管材时,调换相对应的哈夫块。

切割工作指令的实现由电机通过V带传动,而刀片的切削进给由气缸活塞杆缓缓推进而进行的,气缸推力的大小可由气缸的调节阀调节。刀片的无屑切割进给由移动盘和左右移动架来完成的,其中筒轴由轴承支承和定位,所以旋转中心不变使切割机切割管材端面平整,尺寸规范。进刀深度由气缸导向杆旁边的限位调节丝杆调节控制。不同规格的厚度管材,调节丝杆的调节量大小不同。

设计过程中查阅了大量国内外的相关资料,所做的设计运用所学的所有专业课程。下文主要阐述塑料管材无屑切割机总体结构设计。

切割机设计主要包括,带传动机构、夹紧机构、切割机构、切屑工作台移动导轨、机架设计。

After turns material on the limit switch or the encoder sends out cuts the signal, machine clamp clamps the control equipment firm tubing, causes the tubing in to cut in the process to be relatively fixed, the clamp for clamps block Haff to clamp, when cuts the different specification the tubing, exchanges Haff block which corresponds.
