在家人的引导下，我对学习越来越有兴趣了。
每天在家用笔在纸上、黑板上，甚至墙上、地板上不停地写写画画。
妈妈和三姨给我买得最多的东西就是各种各样颜色的笔，有粉笔、白板笔、彩笔、签字笔、油画棒……我就是这样开始我的学习的。
我喜欢这样的学习方法，兴趣爱好加上反复训练。

其中也有几篇关于祖国以前是文明古国，在当今也一定要保留祖先留下的美好印记。
这本书中另我印象最深的是第九章：爸爸妈妈辛苦了这一章。
在这一章里主要写了一些名人孝顺父母的故事。
在老舍先生心里，母亲才是让他刻苦铭心的真正的教师，因为母亲传给他好的性格于习惯。
在我们的生活中也有这样好的父亲母亲，在我们心中世界上最伟大的不就是自己的父亲母亲吗？我们一天天长大，是父母赋予我们生命，给了我们最伟大、最无私的爱。

彩虹是受了挫折的阳光，花开是花心伤口的绽放，在滴滴痛苦的
学习中成长。后来，我终于懂得，我是在一次次学习坚持的过程中成
长。……
在期中考完后，老师把卷子发到我们手中，那些审判书一样的卷
子在我面前的桌上凌乱而安静地躺着。我却不敢翻开它们，像是怕被
烫伤了手。但我不得不将它们一张张打开，在那可怜的分数轻易地将
我的视线与希望割碎之后，再一张张地合上。我忽然感觉好疲惫，周
围的同学眉飞色舞地谈论着自己的成绩，而我只能在这教室的一隅徒
劳地为自己制造一份脆弱的平静。
我失望地走在回家的路上，一阵风吹过，吹落一地的蒲公英，这
可怜的花。但蓦然发现，那残存在在茎薯上的几簇，竟久久落不下来。
这弱小的花，你为何这么坚持？为了你那短暂的人生？它努力地用尽
它的力气抓着茎薯。我迷茫的目光开始变得清澈，好像有股暖流涌动，
花亦能如此坚持，而我呢？我也要学习坚持！有了蒲公英的鼓舞，我
振作起来，学习坚持。
学习的过程是辛苦的，夜深人静时我还在奋身题海；每日清晨，
我便起身诵读。为了成功，我要坚持。
后来的几次考试，又失败了，我曾想过放弃，但每每望见那蒲公
英坚强兀立的英姿，看见雨后美丽的彩虹，我就在心里咬牙：即使一
百次失败，也要一百零一次站起来！
我变了，学会在学习中成长，我不怕输，我要坚持，在学习中成
长！

学习，可以直白的说是件多么枯燥的事情。想起“学习”二字，
难免会让人联想到期末时铺天盖地的复习卷子、假期时堆积成山的上
课单子……不错，这的确是学习，这的确是不怎么讨人喜欢的学习方式。
不记得是谁说过这么一句：“学习，人们应向生活学习、向自然
学习。”我很喜欢这句话。于是当我空闲时、当我不用去面对那些不
怎么讨人喜欢的学习时，我喜欢站在窗前静静地望着窗外，用我自己
的眼光去看待外面的世界。
窗外已经飞过了不知道是第几只鸟了，它们看似是一样的却相差
甚远，有的鸟只是匆匆路过，不带任何的犹豫，而有的鸟却是慢慢地
飞，一点不着急，有些时候还会让我错以为它在看我……但是它们都还
是飞走了，或快或慢，谁也不知道它们曾来过这里，或许只有它们自
己知道，正如泰戈尔的那句话一般“天空不留下鸟的痕迹，但我已飞
过。"
小时候的我总想要做些什么让别人记住我，例如排队的时候跑得
比别人稍微快一点、读书的时候读得比别人稍微大声一点、做操的时
候做得比别人更卖力一些。这些细节现在想起来总会有种想笑的冲动。
为什么要让人记住？为什么会这么做？别人记住我又会对我有什么大
意义吗？生活如窗外这片天空，人如窗外不断飞过的鸟，短暂的彼此
记忆不如自己记住自己所走过的路。也许我从前的路并未留下我的脚
印，但我已走过，并且我不会后悔不会难过……
不仅是这些小鸟，街道上三三两两的人群、马路上奔驰的汽车、
两旁热闹非凡的酒馆，没有一样未曾给我带来过影响的。我喜欢向这
片窗外的景色学习，我喜欢向生活学习，不经意间我在学习中成长了，
不经意间我学会了一个又一个特别的知识。我相信这些会远远会高于
书本所带给我的影响。窗外的景色向我展现了正确的人生态度，生活
让我学会了如何面对接下来的旅途。
我想，即使我已走过一段旅程，但我不会后悔，即使今后不会有
人记住我曾存在于这里，但我自己知道我曾生活在这里，我曾在这里
学习过，我曾在这里成长过……

每一天，我都沉寂在学习中。本来，我是对学习毫无兴趣，每天
到学校只顾着玩，上课时坐在椅子上发呆，为的是等下课。后来，老
师那语重心长的一席话，使我认识到读书是为自己。
那是我读三年级的事了，每天一来到学校，丢下书包，去寻找与
我一起玩耍的同学。
一天，我早早就来到学校，像往常一样丢下书包，正准备跑的那
一刹那，后面有一个大人严励的声音：“站住，作业做完了吗？”我
又惊讶又害怕，心想这声音好像班主任语文老师的声音。我立马把跨
出去的一脚收回来，转过身来，对老师笑了笑，随后又来了一个敬礼
“老师早上好”。老师嘴角微微动了一下，说“废话少说，作业呢？”
我迫于无奈，只得拉开书包的链子，把作业偷偷地翻开看，“怎么办
呢？只得硬着头皮拿出来了。我一把把作业拿出来，笑了笑，恋恋不
舍地把”它“送到老师手里。老师把作业翻开了，看似很简单的动作，
可我的心却怦怦直跳。老师扫了一眼，把作业放回我桌子，随后带我
去她的办公室喝”苦苦的咖啡“。”“霍政源，你到底想震样？你有
几个星期没有做作业，你来学校上学干什么的？”“老师，其实我不
想读书，我觉得自己不是读书的那一块料。我只想玩。”“你才9岁，
你不读书，能干什么？再说，等你父母老了，他俩等你养了，尽管你
不是读书的那块料，也照样可以读啊！读书不分聪不聪明，只分有没
有用心去读，人自己回去好好想想吧！读书是为自己的未来铺路，读
为是为自己。”
老师这番话使我改变了自己，我决心要好好读书。现在，我觉得
读书让我明白了唯一的出路是它。也正是在学习的过程中，我逐渐成
长了，我发现只要肯读，没有笨不笨的说法。

我们市教研室组织了一次初中语文课程改革报告会，为期两天，
请到了全国著名特级教师、语文教育专家余映潮先生来作报告。亲眼
看到了余老师的精彩课堂，亲耳聆听了余老师的教育真经，感觉真是
受益非浅。
余老师一晌给我们上了三节课，可谓是节节精彩，他也给我们评
了两节课，评的也是认真详实。感受余老师课堂，我觉得就是“稳”
和“实”，于不慌不忙中完成了教学任务，于天衣无缝中过渡到了另
一个教学环节，于三言两语中调动起了学生的积性……整个课堂完全掌
握在了他心中，他超然课堂之外而进行指挥调控着，沉稳之中彰显了
其教学技术的炉火纯青；纵观他的三节课，没有过多的渲染，也没有
引人的'影像资料，更没有对学生夸张的评价，有的只是精心的课堂构
思，精巧的教学设计，简洁的教学语言……总之，他是于精彩的课堂中
展示了大家的风范。
他和我们一起听了并评了我们市里有名的教师讲的两节课，从他
的评课上也让我们认识到了他的认真详实、一语中的。
一天下来，他上了三节课，听了两节课，评了两节课，但台上的
他依然精神矍铄，步伐矫健，完全不像是一个年过花甲之人，让台下
听课的教师佩服五体投地，感动得无以表达。是的，一个花甲之人却
有着年轻人的活力和状态，这是因为他内心有一种追求，有一种为初
中语文教育改革挥洒精力的精神，才让他容光焕发、神采奕奕。怎么
能不让我们这些听课的老师佩服感动呢？
作为年龄上的年轻人的我，是不是该反思自己了：徒有年轻人的
称呼缺少年轻人的劲头；徒有在一线教学的优势缺少研究的行动；……
这不是最大的浪费吗？
反思自己，认识不足，现在还不晚，余老师不是说他是从五十岁
才开始课堂研究的，我从现在开始注意自己的课堂，记录自己的所所
感所获，即使不为成名，也是对自己教师工作的一种负责啊。
反思自己，有很多不足，但我不会消极以对，因为我知道我已经
在进步着：认识到了自己的不足，就是一种进步，如果再把这种不足
弥补了，那就是最大的进步了。古人不是说“学，然后知不足”嘛，
不学习什么时候也不会知道自己的不足。
一个人的成长就是在“学”和“思”中进行的，认真地学习，好
好地反思，相信每个人都会一步步成长起来的！
