物美连锁超市存货管理问题研究及对策分析

摘要 21世纪是连锁超市飞速发展的时代在我国连锁超市在经济发展中的地位日益重要。自1994年开始中国连锁超市的平均增长速度在70以上加入WTO以后我国刚刚发展起来的连锁零售业正面临着西方发达国家零售连锁商的夹击而提高竞争力的关键在于

库存管理的好坏。物美集团是国内以连锁方式经营超市的专业集团公司之一随着规模的扩大物美连锁超市在存货方面也暴露出了一

些问题。本文的核心思想是中国连锁零售业必须提高自身竞争力

而其关键在于改进库存管理模式。然后文章据此进行分析提出了改进中国连锁零售业的库存管理模式的一些建议。主要采用理论联系实际的方法从物美超市存货采购、储备物流配送流程存货周转率指标及供应商的关系等方面进行分析得出物美超市的存货管理

在存货结构控制、存货周转率分析和存货成本核算等方面存在一定的漏洞进而提出针对性的建议和解决措施寻求一种先进的存货管

The core idea of this paper the retail chain in China need to improve their competitive edge but the key is to improve inventory management. And then analyzed the article accordingly an improved inventory management retail chain in China Model number of recommendations. Mainly theory with practical ways from poor quality supermarket stock purchases reserves logistics and distribution processes inventory turnover targets the relationship with suppliers in areas such as analysis obtained Wumart supermarket inventory management structure in inventory control inventory turnover analysis and inventory costing and so there are some loopholes and to make specific recommendations and solutions to seek an advanced inventory management.
