国内汽车空调主要生产企业及其产品现状和发展趋势在中国,汽车空调业在1983年前基本上是一纸空白,汽车空调基本上要靠进口组装,1983年以后,少数企业开始从国外引进技术和生产设备,从1986年开始不少地方和企业争上项目,经过近20年的发展,国内汽车空调业在新品开发及合资合作方面均取得了比较大的突破。
在压缩机方面,上海内燃机油泵厂于1988年12月与泰国正大集团合资成立上海易初通用机器有限公司,是国内最早批量生产汽车空调系统等系列产品的专业定点厂。
公司主要产品有汽车空调系统,SE5,SE7,SE5V,SE7V,SP系列等汽车空调压缩机、储液干燥器等产品。
89年起公司先后引进了日本三电SD5系列空调压缩机制造技术和美国德尔福V5系列空调压缩机制造技术,2001年,上海易初通用机器有限公司又与日本三电公司在上海浦东合资成立上海三电汽车空调有限公司,生产日本三电公司七缸摇盘无级可变排量压缩机SD7V16和六缸摇盘无级可变排量压缩机SD6V12,目前已经形成了产品自主开发能力和年产80万套汽车空调压缩机生产能力,公司汽车空调压缩机及系统产品已达百余种,2003企业实现销售收入162482万元,同比增长35%。
湖南华达机械总厂于1992年引进日本杰克赛尔公司六缸斜盘DKS系列压缩机产品,1994年双方又合资组建湖南华达-杰克赛尔汽车空调有限公司。
HZC主要生产经营DKS-S 型、DKS-CH型、DCW-17型汽车空调压缩机,具有年产30万台的生产能力。

联系我们 .......................................................................................................... 13 第1章 简介 本手册介绍了奥特佳冷机生产的24VDC电动压缩机ATC-E18A-9,请在使用此压缩机前仔细阅读本手册。如果您在阅读和使用中有任何疑问与意见,请及时与我们联系。 ATC-E18A-9电动压缩机是由奥特佳冷机自主研发和生产的一款封闭外控式电动压缩机,本产品适合用于具有24VDC直流电源的混合动力车及纯电动汽车。ATC-E18A-9电动压缩机可以通过24VDC电池直接驱动而不需使用发动机动力系统,避免了由于车速因素压缩机转速忽快忽慢的不良工作环境,在停车熄火状态下,电动压缩机可保持稳定运行,不用担心怠速状态下的油耗、排放及安全问题,提高了整车的舒适性。 第2章 特性与参数 2.1 主要功能与特性 1) 电机与压缩机一体式设计。电机在压缩机部对压缩机进行驱动,通过冷媒循环可自行冷却而不需外加冷却设备; 2) 欠压保护。当动力电源电压过低(低于20V±0.5)时,驱动控制器将自动切断电路以保护电池与压缩机。在不重启压缩机的情况下, 若电源电压回升至22V则压缩机自动重新启动; 3) 过压保护。当动力电源电压过高(高于30V±0.5V)时,驱动控制器将自动切断电路以保护电池与压缩机。在不重启压缩机的情况下, 若电源电压回落至28V则压缩机自动重新启动; 4) 过流保护。当电路中电流过高(相电流高于70A)时,驱动控制器将自动切断电路以避免电流过大对压缩机及驱动控制器造成损坏; 5) 过热保护:②控制器部自带温度保护,当电路板温度高于100℃时,立即停机,恢复85℃后,延时60S重起。 6) 起动保护:起动时,若不能在一定时间正常起动,则自动停机10秒,然后自动重起,最多可以自动重起5次,超过5次后,起动失败,需上电重起。 7) 低速保护:低于电机要求最低转速700rpm后,立即停机,延迟60S重起。 8) 预留调速信号输入接口。通过在调速线上输入400Hz,12V占空比可调的PWM信号可以对压缩机转速进行调节,0-100%占空比对应转速为1000RPM-4000RPM;

图3:驱动器外形图 2->重量:0.75Kg; 3->额定功率: 1000W; 4->动力线与外壳间绝缘电阻:≥50MΩ; 5->冷却方式:鳍片风冷; 第3章 安装与线路连接 3.1 压缩机与驱动器安装 ATC-E18A-9电动压缩机总成可以安装在车辆上任何洁净与干燥的位置,但我们建议将压缩机本体安装在尽可能远离乘员的位置,以使压缩机产生的噪音与振动对乘员的影响达到最小。同时在压缩机与支架间、支架与整车间可采取减振措施(如加软橡胶垫)以进一步降低噪音及振动。压缩机本体不可倾斜安装(压缩机主轴线与地平线间夹角不应大于5°)。 注意:安装时请勿用力拖拽压缩机及驱动控制器引出线以免引出线破损造成短路! 注意:压缩机装入空调系统并冲注冷媒后需要使用250V兆欧表测量引出线端子与压缩机壳体间的绝缘电阻,应不低于20MΩ。
图4:压缩机安装方向示意图 驱动控制器可以以任意角度安装但我们建议将驱动控制器安装在尽可能洁净与干燥的位置。另外若驱动控制器安装在利于散热且空气流通性好的表面将使其工作更加稳定。 3.2 线路连接 3.2.1 驱动器端口定义 控制器本体上预装有与整车电源,控制信号及压缩机本体进行对接的接插件,接插件型号、端口定义如下: 1、主电源接口:24VDC输入; 24VDC电源正(红色线P1):24VDC正极输入; 24VDC电源负(黑色线P2):24VDC负极输入; 注意:请在上电前确保此接插件接线无误,接反会瞬间造成无法修复的损坏! 2、驱动器三相输出端口:与压缩机引出线对接,驱动器U相(红)、V相 (黄)、W相 (蓝)三个端口分别对应压缩机引出线红U相(红)、V相 (黄)、W相 (蓝);
图4 主电源与电机接线端口图 3、辅助信号接口: ◆绿色(P6):冷凝风扇控制端 P9开启时,P6同步开启;P9关闭时,P6延迟10秒关断。 ◆黄色(P7):欠压控制端 欠压停机保护后,冷凝风扇延迟10秒关断 ◆蓝色(P8):启停信号控制端 高电平开,低电平关,悬空关。输入电平围: 低电平输入围:0-2VDC,15mA;高电平输入围10-14VDC,15mA。 ◆红色(P9):转速控制端 高电平时为2000rpm,低电平时为4000rpm ◆红色(P10):24VDC正极输出 ◆黑色(P11):24VDC负极输出 3.2.2 电动压缩机总成接线图
图6:电动压缩机总成接线图 3.2.3 注意事项 1.必须在确认线路连接无误后才能接通电源,否则可能会造成驱动器损坏! 2.主电源输入线正负极不可接反,接反会瞬间造成控制器永久损坏! 3.主电源电压不可高于30VDC,否则会损坏控制器部器件! 4.建议在24VDC电源正极引线上按上图所示接一个控制开关或继电器,当钥匙开关与A/C开关断开时相应开关也应断开,以避免压缩机非正常启动。 5.压缩机启动前请确认空调风机已启动,若风机未启动会造成空调系统压力过高,可能导致压缩机过流停机。 6.建议压缩机在正常停机后等待2分钟再启动,以避免空调系统压差过大造成压缩机过流停机,连续过流会影响控制器寿命。 7.压缩机使用的为直流无刷电机并使用反电势法检测转子位置,启动时为产生反电势信号需强制上电驱动转子,此时可能会有些许抖动。此为正常现象,待转子位置捕捉到后会平稳运行。
