2、布置会场,安排干事迎宾及选手座位;
3、主持人致开幕词;
4、选手按序号轮流进行比赛,每隔7位选手主持人报分一次,在统分期
间可插入唱歌等节目;
5、选手在比赛期间干事维持好整个会场的纪律,并对比赛期间的精彩表
现进行拍照;
6、比赛完成后,按分数高低选出进入决赛选手的名单(按报名比例),决
赛日期地点另行通知;
决赛
1、初赛后出一张喜报置于外院大厅,公布进入决赛同学的名单;
干事发信息给进入决赛的选手,通知其决赛时间及地点;
3、比赛过程中每隔一位选手报一次分数;
比赛成绩算出后评出获奖选手,并进行颁奖仪式;
(其余部分与初赛相同)
(三)后期活动收尾
1、送嘉宾,工作人员收拾活动现场;
2、做一张图片文字展,放在外语楼大厅;
3、公布获奖人名单,用喜报的形式做出来;
4、各位成员写好活动总结,经验与不足都是财富;

朗诵时间超过3分钟将扣0.5分。
5、朗诵形式富有创意,配以适当表演、伴舞或配乐,或以其他富有创意形式

6、原创作品酌情加分,冒称原创或作品中有文法错误的酌情减分.
十、活动细则:
1、朗诵外文诗歌(英文、日文、俄文、法文、德文均可).
2.必须为外文诗歌,诗歌主题不限,内容积极向上,具有鲜明时代
特征,能展现当代大学生朝气蓬勃、奋发向上的精神风貌.
3.如有背景音乐必须是纯音乐,且应与诗歌协调.可自带光盘或自
己现场配乐伴奏.
在此基础上,鼓励在形式上的创新.如,加入表演,伴舞,烛光等

(一)通过此次活动,提高了组织人员的工作能力,激发同学
