Unit 7 Will people have robots? 说课稿Period1 Section A 1a—1c播乐中学:方明强一、教材分析1、教材的地位及作用本单元是八年级(上)第七单元,涉及的主要话题是预测未来、一般将来时的表达方法并学会谈论过去、现在和未来。

通过语言的学习,掌握will/won’t 的用法及一般将来时的表达方法。

本课为本单元第一课时,主要涉及到will/ won’t用法的引入、操练以及运用一般将来时完成任务,在本单元处于重要的位置。

2、本课教学目标设计英语课程标准规定,要使学生通过听,说,读,写的训练,获得英语基础知识和运用语言进行交际的能力。

依据这一要求,我制定了以下教学目标:知识目标:熟练掌握以下短语和句型:be free, on computers, live to be.1. People won’t use money. Everything will be free.2. There will be only one country.3. People will live to be 200 years old.能力目标:1. will + 动词原形来表达一般将来时态。

2. 学会表达自己对未来的看法。

情感目标:通过引导学生展望未来,及对未来生活的设计,来达到前景教育的目的,同时也通过对前景的设想,让学生在潜移默化中反省自己的现状,使之对目前的学习、生活习惯作适当的调整,并不断的改善自己的现状,二、说学生学生普遍基础知识扎实,学习习惯好。

具备了一定的对话,讨论,归纳总结等方面的能力。

学生在上一单元中已经学习了be going to这一结构,因此在掌握这一课时关于用will来表达一般将来时态的用法时,并不存在太多困难。

三、教学方式与教学手段1、任务型语言教学:通过适当的操练使学生掌握基本的句型结构;通过引导学生分析、归纳、总结,更好的理解新语言,培养科学的思维方法;通过设计任务,促进学生的交际能力,从而达到巩固语言知识的目的;但讲解和口头操练之后,强调在笔头上进行体现,从而达到全方位掌握语言的目的。

二、说学生 八年级的学生已掌握一定的基础知识,但是八年级学生大多数上课表现欲较七年级学生弱,他们更多地在听,而口语表达不再那么积极。

学生对于如何请求他人已经有所掌握,很早就掌握了could /can 等情态动词的用法。

Even though ss have learned the comparative and the superlative degree, they may still feel hard to talk about geography and nature, because there are some large numbers and units of measure. Thus, enough practice will be organized to help ss learn large numbers, new words and sentence structures.Base on the analysis above, I set the following teaching aims:1.Knowledge aim. After the class, ss will know some basic knowledge about places like Qomolangma, the Nile, the Sahara and the Caspian Se. They wll be able to read large numbers and use different sentence structures to express comparatives and superlatives, such as what’ s the highest mountain in the world? Qomolangma is higher than any other mountain in the world.2.Ability aim. 1.教材的地位与作用:本单元是在学习了形容词比较级的基础上进一步学习最高级.通过复习和学习一些地理知识,练习最高级,让学生在完成任务的过程中,运用所学知识进行英语交流,培养运用英语解决实际问题的能力.
语法:形容词最高级及构成(规则和不规则good ,better ,best, bad , worse , worst)
(2). 过程与方法.:让学生在对比中运用比较级过度到最高级,培养学生学习英语的兴趣和应用英语实际交流的能力,进而提高学生听、说、读、写等能力。

(3) 情感态度价值观:通过比较,了解中国以及世界地理知识,培养爱国主义情操,以及通过了解珠穆朗玛峰及人类克服困难,挑战极限的精神

1.Teach English in English : 即新课标倡导的“用英语教英语”,尽量用英语教学,创造英语课堂良好的听的环境,让学生充分感知,积极体验,大胆实践,把握用英语交际的机会,鼓励学生大胆开口说英语。
