Not Only A Job
To many people, a job is very important and necessary in our life because we need a job out of the purpose of surviving—having a job to earn money in order to buy what we need，such as clothes，food，shoes，furture and so on.What's more，a good job is the symbol of power，ability，status.To the major aspect that our purpose is to contribute ourselves to building a mordern state.Now there is a universal phenomenon that more and more people work harder and harder owing to the keen competition，especially for the young generation，who just graduate from collages，have a strong desire to getting a position to perform themselves.They work days and nights to get promoted, at the same time bearing much heavy pressure and become workholics, which lead to that they ignore his family and other things.
There is no doubt that it is good and praiseworthy to work hard.Although to get a job is mainly to get money and money is necessary,it doesn't mean everything and there is a lot more to life than a job,like family, friendship,entertainment,learning，etc.
In my view,family is just like the sun,which give us
warmth,comforts and brightness.Because of having a family,we will work well,which may bring us a better position,that is to say, having a family is helpful for us to work well,and it's meaningful to work
hard.When we are tired,the families will give us a cup of water to relax us;when we come across difficult problems in work,we can turn to the families,then discussing with them together to solve those problems;when we are happy or not,we both can share it with the families……Family is essential in our life，just as we can not survive without air .Maybe some people don't think so，this is my personal opinion only.
Friendship is essential，too. There is an old saying：“A friend in need is a friend indeed.” When we come across difficult problems in work,we also can turn to our friends，they will give us pratical suggestions to solve those difficult problems.Friendship is just like rain and dew，irrigating our heart while make our life colorful and make our career successful.For example，the great friendship between Marx and Friedrich Engels. The friendship perhaps incomparable inintimacy and the trustfulness and
collaboration.During the development of the friendship,there were pleasure and utility but over and above them,and there were shared purpose,a common end and an enduring goodness on both sides. Friedrich Engels supported Marx and his family by woorking at a hated job in his family's business.As an organizer interpreter and popularizer, Engels brought Marx's ideas to the world.So Engels's help had a large effect on Marx's achievement，in other words，if
Engels didn't give Marx a hand，Marx would hardly have been able to overcome penury and he would surely have had no time to prepare his monumental work for publication.They reminde us that sometimes a friendship has a bearing on things larger than the friendship itself .
Besides，entertainment is an important part of our life.“All work and no play makes smart kids have changed silly.”From this sentence,we can draw a conclusion that entertainment is helpful for us to work in a way.Some people consider that entertainment is the constitution enemy of work.The answer is “no”. Working is rigorous，entertainment is relaxing.But if we work or play all the time，everything will become boring.A good job can make you rich in substance,but not in spirit. A good job will bring much pressure to us if we want to keeping owning it or want to get a better job,so we always feel tired. In the fact，the relationship is not opposite. We could integrate work with amusement harmoniously.
Of couse,learning is playing an important role in our life.We can not get a great progress in our job if we stop learning.
In a word,a job is only a part of our life,not the whole.Please remember：there is a lot more to life than a job.Thus，we should know what we need.。
