3. Packing/包装 To be packed in strong wooden case(s) or in carton(s), suitable for long distance air-freight transportation and domestic transportation and to change of climate, well protected against moisture and shocks.

4. Shipping Mark/唛头 The Seller shall mark on each package with fadeless paint: the package number, gross weight, net weight, measurement and the wordings: “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE”, “HANDLE WITH CARE”, “THIS SIDE UP” etc. and the shipping mark:

The L/C shall be valid 3 months after the latest date of shipment, transshipment is not allowed.
在发货前30天,买方申请转开以卖方为受益人的不可撤销的即期信用证,信用证金额为合同总额的100%。信用证的有效期为最晚发货期后3个月。
The credit shall be available against Seller’s draft drawn at sight on the opening bank for 100% invoice value accompanied by the documents stipulated in clause 10.
开证行凭卖方向其提交的100%发票金额的即期汇票,及本合同第10款所规定的其它单据支付信用证项下货款。
Delivery Payment/发货后付款 9.1 90% Contract value shall be paid by LC against the presentation of the aforesaid draft and documents stipulated in clause 10.1.
合同金额的90%以信用证方式由开证行凭上述汇票和本合同10.1款中规定的单据支付。 9.2 Balance Payment/尾款 20% Contract value shall be paid by LC against the presentation of the aforesaid draft and documents stipulated in clause 10.2.

Air Waybills showing “Freight Prepaid” indicating freight amount and consigned to the Buyer in 3 originals. b. 空运单正本1份,副本1份,注明“运费已付”及运费金额,收货人为买方。 c. Signed commercial invoice in 3 originals indicating the Contract number, shipping mark, total Contract value and value of delivery payment, made out in details as per the relevant Contract. d. 卖方签字的商业发票正本3份,注明合同号、唛头、合同总额和发货后付款金额,以及其它合同相应内容。 e. Packing list in 2 originals issued by the Seller. f. 卖方出具的装箱单正本2份。 g. Certificate of Quality and Quantity in 2 originals issued by the Seller. K1+478~K1+568段左侧片石混凝土挡土墙 4页脚内容 卖方出具的质量证明和数量证明正本2份。 h. Copy of fax dispatched to the Buyer advising particulars of shipment within 48 hours after shipment is made. 卖方在装运后48小时之内传真给买方的装运通知的副本。 i. Seller’s certificate in 1 original certifying that the wooden packing has met the requirement of IPPC and has marked with the special signal of IPPC. j. 卖方出具的证书正本1份,证明其木质包装已经达到了IPPC的要求且已印有IPPC的特殊标识。 k. Or Declaration on non-wooden packing materials issued by the Seller in 1 original. l. 或者卖方出具的非木质包装证明正本1份。 10.2 a. Signed commercial invoice in 3 originals indicating the Contract number, total Contract value and value of acceptance payment, made out in details as per the relevant Contract. b. 卖方签字的商业发票正本3份,注明合同号、合同总额和付款金额,以及其它合同相应内容。 c. Final Acceptance Certificate signed by the end user in 2 originals. d. 最终用户签字的验收报告正本2份。
11. Shipping Advice/装运通知: The Seller shall, within 48 hours upon the completion of the dispatch of the goods, advise by fax the Buyer of the Contract No., commodity, quantity, invoice value, gross weight, flight no. and date of arrival etc.
