主体部分为向下开的大V字型开口，下部为空腔， 在KCK-116扶正引鞋上部加装3mφ48mm短接，由 于扶正引鞋的扶偏作用，测试仪器到达泵下即被引 到V字型开口上部，由V字型开口的导向进入扶正引 鞋，在KCK-116扶正引鞋下部加装3mφ88.9mm短 接，使进入扶正引鞋的测试仪器处于自由状态，得 到充分的扶正不会被卡住，保证所有φ28mm以下 3m长的各种测试仪器的顺畅通过。
上提管柱，使解封销钉剪断，继续上提 管柱时，下接头带动锥体上移，使卡瓦 收回，达到解封的目的。

使用要求及注意事项
作业队完井时，将泵及油管锚下到预定深度后，配井口，要求萝卜头 距四通位置留有0.2-0.25m的高度，油管正打压14-16Mpa，稳压15 分钟后释放MX241型大通径油管锚。 下放油管座萝卜头。从下放油管可以判断油管锚是否锚定住了管柱。 上提管柱解锚。
