五、个别辅导，及时转化学困生

二、培养学生良好的英语学习习惯。 著名教育家叶圣陶先生曾说过：“什么是教育，简单一句话，就是要
培养良好的习惯。”因此，培养孩子良好的学习习惯，是迈好英语学习的 第一步。
1、培养认真书写的习惯。 对此，我从小处着眼，不放过纠正每一个学生不良学习习惯的细节
和机会，从每一次作业、每一次小测验抓起，使学生知道文字不仅是写给 自己看的，更重要的写给别人看的。如果字迹潦草，不规范，别人看不清 楚，那就失去了他书写的价值，甚至在考试时因书写而失分。同时，言传 身教，以身作则，从规范板书、让学生把写好每一个字母、单词和句子变 成一种良好的学习习惯。
