Step1 热身 (Warm-up)
本课以图片开始，列出同学们平时喝的饮料，引入本课的话题。
(从学生的日常用品入手，并让其选出自己平时所最常喝的东西，很容易让同学们接受，提高学生的参与度。)
Step 2 呈现新课 (Presentation)
1.Listen to the tape carefully，then chant. 注意新的句子It’s fun to play. Who can take the
rain away. 播放完后教师可以讲解一下意思。
（学生边听边跟着唱。）
2.Listen and read. 呈现图片，引出课文，出示Simon, Daming和Simon’s mum 的图片。
教师可以提示学生注意单词beautiful.
（学生边看图片边跟读句子。）
3.Show the PPT to the students. 学生跟读，教师板书新单词thirsty, take, way. 带领学生重点认读。
4. Listen to the tape，pause it for the children to follow it。
（正音和及时巩固。）
5. The children read the text by themselves to answer the questions.
Where did they have their picnic?
Did they bring any drinks?
Is the water clean?
Answers: The boy wants to go to Shanghai. The girl wants to go to Guilin.
（让学生带着问题去读课文，在培养他们阅读能力的同时，也培养了他们的思维能力和理解能力，然后以小组合作的方式来讨论问题，解决问题，体现学生间的互助合作，同时也是对她们自主学习能力的培养。）
6.教师讲解课文重点句子。讲解I didn’t bring any drinks. Only drink clean water! It’s fun to
drink this way.教师通过图片和肢体语言帮助学生理解。我没有带任何的饮料。告诉学生喷泉里的水除非有特殊的说明不能喝，否则都是能喝的。 It’s + adj. + to do sth. 做…很…
（通过教师的讲解，学生印象会更加深刻。）
Step3 趣味操练 (Practice)
Play a game: 我是小神童。
让每个小组在30秒之内，用It’s + adj. to do sth.写句子，看哪个小组写的又快又多。
(游戏的形式来巩固本节课的内容,学生会更加感兴趣,同时也锻炼了他们综合运用语言的能力,增加了小组内的合作。)
Step 4课堂评价（Assessment）
1.本课开始用图片导入比较生动，学生很感兴趣，对后面谈论喝水用品做了铺垫。(使用‘学乐师生’APP录音，分享给全班同学。)
2.后面的小游戏，增加了课堂的趣味性，锻炼了同学们的表达能力。

（一）热身导入
1. 请学生演唱SB Module 5 Unit 2活动4的歌曲，鼓励学生边唱边做动作。
2. 播放SB Unit 1活动1的动画或录音，请学生看动画或边听录音边看挂图，引导学生理解语境：Sam问一位外国学生有没有关于中国的书，这位学生说没有。Sam继续问他有没有关于美国的书，他也说没有。Sam问他有什么书，他说他有一本关于世界的书。
3. 再次播放录音，请学生看图跟读，并学习“world”的语义。
教学提示
这是一个关于上位概念与下位概念的活动。“China”和“the US”相对于“world”
来说是下位概念，而“world”是上位概念。也就是“world”包含了“China”和“the US”。
教师注意引导学生理解这个对话的幽默所在：原来这位外国学生有一本既关于中国，又关于美国的书——一本关于世界的书。
教师可以进一步扩展此活动，以促进学生的心智发展。教师请学生A使用下位概念提问，学生B在回答时说出一个上位概念，以形成幽默。
例如：
A: Have you got a book about pandas?
B: No, I haven’t. But I’ve got a book about animals.
