1. 以上各项评定内容必须根据被考评者的实际表现和考评人亲自观察了解他(她)工作情况
后给予恰如其分的填写。

2. 主管与被考评者应举行谈话,一起填写本表并提出努力方向。

考评结束后,人力资源部向
该员工发出“转正通知书”。

3. 考评总分最高为100分,最低为0分,60分以上者方可通过试用期的考评。

4. 考评者必须是被考评者的直属主管。

5. 各部门在填写考评估表后,须由各部门主管直接交于人力资源部,人力资源部将审定表格
并签署意见。

6. 考评结束,对未通过试用期的被考评者,公司将作出终止合同的决定。

注意:请于员工试用期结束前完成评估表,并经部门主管/经理/总监签名后送回人力资源部存档。

3.1.1 All members of new employee shall be employed on a 30-day probation, as of the day on which new employee joins the Factory.3.2.考核内容、标准及分数3.2 Content, Standards and Points of Appraisal3.2.1.基本素质3.2.1 Basic Qualities3.2.1.1.体能:身体健康,吃苦耐劳,有胜任本职工作的体能,能承受一定工作压力,无传染疾病及其他影响正常工作的疾病。

3.2.1.1 Physical ability: the employee shall be physically healthy, physically suitable for the job, and bear work stress, and be free of any infectious diseases or other diseases that may affect regular work.3.2.1.2.品行:思想端正,品行良好,认同公司企业文化和经营理念,无不良嗜好。

3.2.1.2 Behaviors: the employee shall have upright way of thinking and good behaviors, agree with corporate culture and operation philosophy of the Company, and be free of bad habits.3.2.1.3.以上两点考评为合格或不合格,任一项不合格即予以淘汰,两项同时合格才能进行以下考评。
