有些大学生有这样一种心理,既然是大学生,就是文人,应该给别人的感觉不一样,要显示出一点才气。于是乎,想尽办法堆砌甚至滥用各种华丽时髦的词句,似乎只有这样才能使文章动人,充分显示出自己的才华出众或聪明过人。殊不知多用滥用词

语,会使人产生反感,让人对其品格产生怀疑。

为什么过多的辞藻不好呢?其一,你可能只顾使用华丽、奇特的词句,而很难顾及到逻辑通顺,使人感到你用词不当,或逻辑思维能力较差。其二,急于显示自己妙语惊人,往往不顾及自己的语言过于锋利,显得锋亡毕露。特别是碰上那种疾贤妒能的领导,一般他不愿意一个水平比他高的人在他手下工作。对于这样的人,不要急于让对方看到你是一个才能卓越的人才是上策,否则一开始就会让对方感到,你对他的地位构成了一种威胁。过多的堆砌辞藻的最大危害就是给人以故弄玄虚、咬文嚼字的感觉,拉大与对方的心理距离。

对于那些疾贤妒能的单位领导,如果你给对方的最初的印象是善良、普通,他会因此而对你产生好感与信赖。在这个基础上,相信他也会发现你的才能的。但如果你求职信中的字里行间体现出你高人一等,对方一定会在心理上产生想法,甚至认为如果用你就会危及到他的位置,其结果就可想而知了。

忌虚弱怯懦,缺乏自信

适度的谦虚是一种美德,也会使对方产生好感。但是过分谦虚也是不行的,过分谦虚是自己故意贬低自己,让人决得你这个人什么都不行,这样就白白断送了录用机会。

有的人所表现出来的过分谦虚,并不是因为他想谦虚,而是由于缺乏自信造成的。缺乏自信如同过分谦虚一样,是推销自己的一大心理障碍。

一般说,缺乏自信的人,多是性格内向,过多反思而又敏感多疑的人。他们自尊心很强,但不懂得如何积极地获取自尊而是消极退避以保护自尊。正是为了追求一种不使自尊心受到伤害的安全感,为了不在别人面前暴露自己的全部,而不敢坦率地介绍自己,不敢大胆地推荐自己。他们惟恐自己的优点讲出来后别人笑话自己自高自大,唯恐掩盖自己的一部分缺点会招致他人说自己虚伪。实际上是他自己低估了自己。而别人对他的轻视态度,常常是由于他们自己的自卑和退避所造成的,要获得别人的认同和赞同,首先必须要获得自己的承认。

2、老板将会知道你目前的薪水远比他们愿意付出的低

你可能有了面谈的机会,但是你薪金的筹码大大削弱了。如果薪水可以讨价还价,他们会用你目前的薪水为起薪。反过来说,他们也可能根本不给你面谈的机会,因为他们会觉得你太微不足道而无法胜任这项工作。

3、你可能提供非常误导的信息

你目前的薪水不能精确反应这项工作对你的价值,你或许还有很多其他福利,如配备医疗保险、退休金、免费午餐等所有这些福利都有要加进你的总报酬额才对。
