注意:投诉信应重点表明投诉的原因,叙事应客观、准确、 简洁,切忌夸大其词。最后提出的解决方法应切实可行。在表达 自己的不满时,语言要把握分寸,不失风度。同时,在描述问题 时尽量采用被动句式,使描述更加客观、合理。

本单元的写作任务是写一封投诉信,投诉信也叫抱怨信。一 般是指当自己的正常生活受到骚扰、自己的利益受到侵害或当社 会行为有失规范时,用来表达不满情绪和提出批评的信件。所有 的投诉信都有一个共同点,就是最终是要收信人解决问题,所以 需要提出解决方案。写作时应该注意如果题目中没有给出解决方 案,那么就要根据投诉内容中的不满提出自己的解决方案。
