现将评估验收有关情况和结果公布如下。

2021年5月和11月,市教育局组建专家评估组分两批对相关申报学校进行了实地评估验收,根据专家组评估验收结果及各区、县(市)教育局纪委提交申报学校的廉政征询材料,经市教育局党组审议通过,现命名沈阳市第二中学等13所学校为沈阳市优质示范高中;命名沈阳市第二十四中学等23所学校为沈阳市优质特色高中;命名沈阳沈阳市第一二四中学等10所学校为沈阳市教育教学改革典型校,沈阳市浑南高级中学等四所学校在明年通过复检之后可以通过评估验收。

命名沈阳市第一中学等13所学校为沈阳市学生发展指导典型校,辽中区第二高级中学等两所学校明年通过复检之后可以通过评估验收。

命名沈阳市第十一中学格桑花社团等32个学生社团为沈阳市普通高中优秀学生社团;命名沈阳市第一私立高级中学等3所学校为沈阳市优质化高中。

希望各区、县(市)教育局、各直属普通高中要进一步提高认识,采取有效措施,深化课程改革,创新人才培养模式,促进我市普通高中由标准化、优质化向优质特色化发展。

各区、县(市)教育局要对获得命名的普通高中给予奖励和专项经费支持,指导学校结合评估验收过程中,专家组提出的意见和建议,查找不足、补齐短板,进一步开展深度内涵建设,实现学生、学校双发展。

但这种“打造”还是造不出文化来。

打造这个词儿的本意是制造。

优良的工业产品和商品,通过努力是可以打造出来的。

文化却不能,因为文化从来不是人为地打造出来的。

温文尔雅的吴越文化是打造出来的吗?美国人阳刚十足的牛仔文化是打造出来的吗?巴黎和维也纳的城市文化是打造出来的吗?苗族女子灿烂的服饰文化是打造出来的吗?文化是时间和心灵酿造出来的,是一代代人共同的精神创造的成果,是自然积淀而成的。

你可以奋战一年打造出一座五星级酒店,甚至打造出一个豪华的剧场,却无法制造一种文化。

正像我们所说,使一个人富起来是容易的,使一个人有文化哪怕是有点文化气质可就难了。

换句话说,物质的东西可以打造,精神文化的东西是不能用打造这个词儿的。

难道可以用搞工业的方式来进行文化建设?那么为什么还要大喊打造文化?仅仅是对文化的一种误解么?坦率地说,打造文化叫得这么响,其中有一个明显的经济目的——发展旅游。

因为,人们已经愈来愈清楚:文化才是最直接和最重要的旅游资源。

一切文化都是个性化的。

文化的独特性愈强,旅游价值就愈高。

文化是老祖宗不经意之间留给后人的一个永远的“经济增长点”。

那么在各地大打旅游牌的市场竞争中,怎样使自己的文化更响亮、抢眼、冒尖、夺人?一句话,看来就得靠“打造”了。

很清楚了,这里所谓的打造文化其本质是对原有文化的一种资源整合,一种商业包装,一种市场化改造。

当今有句话不是说得更明白吗?要把某某文化打造成一种品牌。

品牌是商业称谓。

文化是没有品牌的。

中国文化史从来没有把鲁迅或齐白石当作过“品牌”。

鲁迅和齐白石也不是打造出来的。

当下的打造文化者也并不想再打造出一个鲁迅或齐白石,却想把鲁迅和齐白石当做一种旅游品牌“做大做强”。

所以伴随着这种商业化的“文化打造”,总是要大办一场大哄大嗡的文化节来进行市场推广。

进而说,如果用市场的要求来打造历史文化,一定要对历史文化大动商业手术。

凡是具有趣味性和刺激性、吸引与诱惑人的、可以大做文章的,便拉到前台,用不上的则搁置一旁。

在市场霸权的时代,一切原有的文化都注定地要被市场重新选择。

市场拒绝深层的文化,只要外表光怪陆离的一层。

此外,市场还要根据自己的需要,还要对原有文化进行再造。

涂脂抹粉,添油加醋,插科打诨,必不可少。

与此同时,便是无数宝贵的口头文学遗产消失不存。

再有,就是假造的景点和重建的“古迹”。

这儿添加一个花里胡哨的牌坊,那儿立起来一个钢筋水泥的“老庙”,再造出一条由于老街拆光了而拿来充当古董的仿古“明清街”。

街两边的房子像穿上款式一样的戏装那样呆头呆脑地龙套似地站着,文化便被打造成了。

这里边有文化吗?真实的历史文化在哪儿呢?打造出来的到底是什么“文化”?伪文化?非文化?谁来鉴别和认定?反正前来“一日游”的游客们只要看出点新鲜再吃点特色小吃就行,没人认真。

监狱长海尔默面对突如其来的灾难显得惊慌失措,他比谁都清楚马塔尔监狱总共关押了410 名囚犯,其中还有85名死囚,而用不了多久整个监狱将被葬身海底。

海尔默用颤抖的手抓起电话,他想向上级请示一下,可是电话线路早已被海啸冲毁。

此刻马塔尔监狱的狱警们已经把监狱长的办公室围得水泄不通,他们每个人的脸上都写满了对死神的恐惧。

“我们已经没有时间转移犯人,如果再拖延的话连我们自己都将丧生,在撤离前我们不得不做出选择!” 海尔默举起监狱囚室的钥匙下达了最后的命令,“ 司各特一号囚室,纽曼二号囚室,鲁米斯三号囚室,打开囚室大门让犯人暂时逃生去吧……” 海尔默话音刚落,狱警们四散逃离,司各特和纽曼飞奔向囚室去执行监狱长的命令,惟独鲁米斯这个头发花白的老狱警还呆呆地站在监狱长办公室里。

监狱长有些愤怒了:“ 疯了吗还不走,难道要等海水淹没了你的脑袋才清醒吗?”“ 可是,可是还有四号囚室的门…… ” 鲁米斯哆嗦着呼喊,声音很快被巨大的海浪冲击声淹没。

海尔默变得声嘶力竭:“ 四号囚室关押的都是死囚,对他们来说死是早晚的事情,难道你想把他们放出去杀人越货吗?” 说完,海尔默激动地往门外跑。

海啸过后,当初被放走的犯人回来自首了,他们被重新关押在一至三号囚室,可怕的是四号囚室却空空如也。
