学习分散染料的五大性能及测试方法分散染料的五个主要性能:提升力、覆盖力、分散稳定性、PH敏感性、配伍性。
01提升力①提升力的定义:提升力是分散染料的重要性能之一。
这一特性表示各个染料应用于染色或印花时,染料用量逐步增加,织物(或纱线)上得色深度相应递增的程度。
提升力好的染料,染色深度按染料用量比例增加,说明有较好的染深性;提升力差的染料,染深性差,达到一定深度时,得色就不再随染料用量增加而加深。
② 提升力对染色的影响:分散染料的提升力在具体品种之间存在很大的差别。
染深浓色泽要选用提升力高的染料,染鲜艳的浅淡色泽可以选用提升率低的染料。
掌握染料的特性,合理使用,方能达到节省染料、降低成本的效果。
③ 提升力的测试:高温高压染色的染料提升力用%表示,在指定的染色条件下,测得染液中染料的吸尽率,或直接测得染色试样的色深数值。
各染料的染色深度可按1、2、3.5、5、7.5、10%(O.M.F)分成六档,在高温高压染色小样机内进行染色。
热熔轧染或织物印花的染料提升力用g/L 表示。
从生产实际而言,染料的提升力就是染液浓度的变化,即相对于印染成品得色深浅的变化情况。
这种变化,既可以凭莫测,又可以借助于仪器进行精确的测定色深值,再通过色深公式计算求得分散染料的提升力曲线。
02覆盖力① 什么是染料的覆盖力?如同活性染料或还原染料在染棉时的死棉遮盖性,分散染料对品质差的涤纶的遮盖性这里称做覆盖力。
涤纶(或醋纤)长丝织物,包括针织品,在用分散染料匹染后,常会出现色档。
色档产生的原因有多种,有的属于织疵,也有因为纤维品质的差异,通过染色以后暴露出来。
② 覆盖力的测试:选择品质低劣的涤纶长丝织物,在相同的染色条件下,用各色不同品种的分散染料进行染色,会出现不同的情况,有些色档严重,有些不明显,这反映分散染料对色档有不同程度的覆盖能力。
按灰色标准评级,色差严重的为1级,无色差的为5级。
分散染料对色档的覆盖力决定于染料结构本身,染料初染率高、扩散慢、迁移性差的品种,多数对色档的覆盖力也差。
罗夏克墨迹测验

罗夏克墨迹测验罗夏克墨迹测验,简称RIT,是瑞士精神病学家罗夏克于1921年创立的。
罗夏克是首次提出并应用人格评估投射技术的人。
墨迹测验是这样进行的:罗夏克把墨水洒在白纸上,然后对折起来,使纸上的图沿一条对折线形成对称的墨迹图。
这些图是无意义和无法解释的。
他把这些图形呈现给被测评者,让他们根据图形自由想象,然后口头报告。
测验共有十张墨迹图,五张黑色,图案浓淡不一;两张红黑两色构成;其余三张是多色混合构成。
在实施测验过程中,分为三个阶段:一是自由联想阶段,主测的人对任何问题都不置可否,也不提任何问题;第二阶段就有追查受测者的反应是根据图片哪一部分作出的,是哪些因素刺激了这些反应;第三阶段称为极限试探阶段,如果受测者对这些图片没有最普通的反应,主持测试者可能就得给予受测者最大限度的提示,来确定他是否能从图片中看到某些具体内容。
在对测验解释的过程中,罗夏克墨迹测验关心的是受测者对图形知觉过程的途径、理由及内容。
如果受测者的知觉途径和墨迹图的建构过程相符合,则说明受测者的心理机制完好正常,他的现实定向是完善的;反之,受测者的心理机制就是残缺不全的,或者说机能不足,有不切实际的幻想或异常的行为,现实定向不良。
与标准化的心理测验相比,RIT的信度、效度均不理想。

本次检测旨在对市面上常见的油墨产品进行质量评估,以确保其符合相关标准和要求,保障用户的健康和环境安全。
二、检测范围。
本次检测主要针对常见的印刷油墨、墨水和打印油墨产品,包括但不限于水性油墨、溶剂型油墨、UV油墨等。
三、检测方法。
1. 检测油墨的挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量,采用气相色谱法(GC)进行分析。
2. 检测油墨的重金属含量,采用原子吸收光谱法(AAS)进行分析。
3. 检测油墨的印刷性能,包括附着力、耐磨性等指标的测试。
四、检测结果。
经过检测,我们得出以下结论:1. 油墨样品A的VOC含量超出国家标准,存在挥发性有机化合物排放过高的问题,不符合环保要求。
2. 油墨样品B的重金属含量超出国家标准,存在对环境和人体健康有害的风险,不符合安全要求。
3. 油墨样品C的印刷性能较好,各项指标均符合相关标准和要求,可以放心使用。
五、建议。
1. 针对油墨样品A存在的环保问题,建议生产厂家优化生产工艺,减少挥发性有机化合物的排放,提高产品的环保性能。
2. 针对油墨样品B存在的安全隐患,建议生产厂家严格控制原材料的质量,减少重金属含量,确保产品的安全性能。
3. 对于油墨样品C,建议生产厂家继续保持产品质量,加强质量管理,确保产品的稳定性和可靠性。
六、总结。
通过本次油墨检测,我们发现了部分油墨产品存在环保和安全方面的问题,也发现了部分优质油墨产品。
希望生产厂家能够重视检测结果,不断改进产品质量,为用户提供更加安全、环保的油墨产品。

有机颜料分散之酞菁蓝156定性(3-17)备注:本次实验晨源牌号产品固含均为30%由于没有研磨机,细度没法评定、粘度也基本上没有差别,所以暂时还是只评定分散率及表观性能。
一、颜料的分散1、取烧杯分别记为1#~8#2、1#~8#添加不同牌号的分散剂(添加量见下表,以固含量计算),加入10g水,在转速为3000rpm下搅拌5min(使用乳化机)。
3、分别称取0.5酞菁蓝分散于上述水溶液中,分别超声20min。
4、将超声后的溶液分别稀释到100ml,在转速为8000rpm下搅拌15min(使用乳化机)。
备注:各对手牌号均使用说明书上的最佳添加量数据。
二、溶液稳定性及分散率对配置好的溶液进行分光度检测,取溶液表层2cm下方的溶液8ml,稀释到1L水中,利用分光光度计检测各溶液的分光度并计算其分散率(分散率=1-透光率)。
测定分散率后,将溶液放置8h以上,记录沉降情况。
实验结论:1、超声后,科盈9366溶液颜料完全润湿,其余均有不同程度的尚未润湿的情况,稀释搅拌后,科盈9366的颜色最鲜艳,空白实验最暗,其余颜色表观基本近似。
2、由分散率数据可知,科盈9366、BYK-190、TEGO-740的分散率均高于CYD-V021、CE810、WU438、WU493,而在添加量都为20%时,V021效果最好。
3、放置48h后,除BYK-190、CYD-CE810外,均出现严重分层的情况, BYK-190略微有些分层,CYD-CE810完全没有分层的情况。
小结:结合实验数据以及各项观察指标可知,BYK-190和CYD-CE810的效果最好,需进一步做实验进行验证CYD-CE810较BYK-190性能的优势。
