TLC08x宽带高输出驱动单电源运算放大器系列TLV246x低功耗轨至轨输入/输出运算放大器系列轨至轨,指器件的输入输出电压范围可以达到电源电压。
传统的模拟集成器件,如运放。
A/D.D/A等,其模拟引脚的电压范围一般都达不到电源,以运放为例,电源为+/-15V 的运放,为确保性能(首先是不损坏,其次是不反相,最后是足够的共模抑制比),输入范围一般不要超过+/-10V,常温下也不要超过+/-12V;输出范围,负载RL(10kohm)时一般只有+/-11V,小负载电阻(600ohm)时只能保证+/-10V。
这对器件的应用带来很多不便。
现在rail-to-rail 的单电源模拟器件已形成系列(如MAXIM,AD,TI 等),在许多对性能(精度)要求不高的场合,我们可以考虑全部采用单+5V甚至+2.7V的模拟器件来构成我们的系统,这样模拟电路和数字电路便可以公用一个电源(不过要注意电源去耦)。

Ti–29.7Al–21.8Nb 和Ti–23.4Al–31.7Nb (at.%)合金的相变摘要:报告了Al-Nb-Ti体系有A2和B2两种单相合金的连续冷却相图。
从1260℃开始,冷却速度的范围在100到0.25Ks-1。
在快速冷却时观察到不平衡的相变然而在慢速冷却时观察到准平衡转变。
1.引言添加有Nb的钛铝化物被大量的研究用于改善室温韧性为在航空航天领域中潜在高温下的应用。
我们对三相Ti-Al-Nb体系进行不平衡转变的系统研究,为了估计连续冷却转变(CCT)相图。
在非常慢的冷却试样中发生的相变与用一种新优化的Al-Nb-Ti数据库进行热动力学方法计算相变进行了比较。
在长时间退火和冰水淬火之后在1300℃到700℃之间判定合金的相平衡、相位域和微观结构。
发现在平衡时上面的试验结果与计算结果很好的吻合。
2.试验2.1.材料通过带有一个非消耗电极的真空弧熔化合金做成15cm直径和1.5cm厚的薄饼状。
它们再熔化6到7次确保良好的同质。
它们的化学成分如表1所示。
主要杂质(用重量ppm表示)如下,O:770±20;N:1900±50和H:7±1。
2.2.技术2.2.1.显微硬度用Wetzlar工具和用2N的载荷维持30s的维氏硬度计进行测试。
在图中的点是十次测量的平均值。
2.2.2.膨胀测定法为了绘出CCT相图,用高速DT1000工具进行膨胀测试。
试样从材料事先在1300℃退火处理的一周内进行显微切割。
10×2×2㎜3大小的试样缠绕上有零点几微米厚度的钽箔,为了确保镍铬合金或镍铝合金热电偶良好的焊在试样上。
实际上,用这种材质做的热电偶不能直接焊在Ti-Al-Nb合金上。
热膨胀试样以5Ks-1的速度加热到1250±5℃然后在这两种合金的单相区A2或B2匀质150s,接着在100到0.25 Ks-1不同速率范围冷却。
通常观察的钛合金,膨胀异常没有显著地标在d l/l0=f(T)曲线上但是会更好地在d(d l/l0)/d T= f(T)曲线上标出。
2.2.3.不同热分析带有氧化铝坩埚的SETARAM TAG92工具进行不同热分析(DTA)测试在氩气U或氦气C﹙<2 ppm O2﹚环境下。
最大的温度达到1600℃。
加热速率和冷却速率在0.017与1.7 Ks-1之间。
2.2.4.X射线衍射用带有Cu靶衍射(λKα1=1.5418Å)的飞利浦设备进行X射线衍射测试。
,α2在试样中观察到的相结晶参数(Å)如表2所示。
在Al-Nb-Ti 体系中,三相不平衡被报道(Om 作为大量的斜方晶系, ω’和ω?”)。
2.2.5. 扫描电子显微镜对抛光试样进行SEM 观察。
通过SEM ,两种类型(化学和拓扑)的对比表明使用背散色电子是最好的。
至于化学比较,灰色水平是与vol Z (平均体积数)成反比例的,等于带有平均原子数at Z 、大量相at M 和密度ρ的()at at vol /Z M Z ρ=。
理论上,有%1vol =∆Z 的两相被分离。
计算了它们的理论密度ρi ,ati Z ,ati M 和()ati ait voli /Z M Z i ρ=,所以比较不同的相如表3所示。
较低的值是vol Z ,深色的值是比较值。
值得注意的是计算结果与实验数据比较表明B 2和O 相是相同的,但是实际上O 相显示更深色。
2.2.6. 透射电子显微镜TEM 用在200kV 电压下的JEOL 2000EX 显微镜进行。
薄膜制备是在双喷设备中进行电子抛光,溶液由300ml 的甲醇,175ml 的丁醇和30ml 的高氯酸组成,电压为15V ,温度为-50℃。
2.2.7. 热处理在105Pa 和低流量的氦质量度(O 2的含量﹤2ppm )下进行全部热处理。
固溶处理在1300℃下处理1周(包括4B和树枝状的7B试样)。
退火热处理在1260℃下处理20个小时和70个小时(相对于最高温度这温度达到了热膨胀设备使用的温度),在1100℃处理20个小时和75个小时,在900℃处理140个小时和1000个小时,最终在在700℃处理1500小时。
紧接着退火处理的是用冰水淬火处理,为了在室温下保持高温下的微观组织。
试样镀了一层钽箔为了使氧化影响最小。
3.结果和讨论3.1.原始试样(as received sample)3.1.1.Ti-29.7Al-21.8Nb(4B合金)合金在1300℃处理6个小时然后以10 Ks-1速率冷却到室温。
合金的微观结构包括大小在300到600μm之间变化的B2大晶粒。
C. Servant等确认4B合金(在图1中用空白的三角形标出)是B2单相的(计算了1378℃下无序的A2到有序的B2的转变和用DTA测试确认的这种转变,如3.3.1节所示),从他们评定的热力学动力学数据库中计算在1300℃下的Al-Nb-Ti体系的等温截面图。
观察到冷却到室温的过程中在B2相中α2(或斜方O)相的晶粒间和晶粒内发生了沉淀(如图2a扫描电子照片所示)。
α2(或O)相大针状的化学成分用SEM中的X显微分析确定(如表4所示)。
通过TEM,在B2和O两相之间的取向关系如下:(001)O//(001) B2和﹤110﹥O //﹤111﹥B2。
明场照片和电子衍射图案分别如图2b和c所示,表明O相的三种类型。
此外,在相对慢的冷却期间‘等温地’ω相形成,在某些B2晶粒中检测到(如图2d中的电子衍射图案所示)。
在X射线衍射图案中,记录了室温下的α2、O、B2和ω四相。
3.1.2.Ti-23.4Al-31.7Nb(7B合金)原始铸态7B合金的微观结构(在图1中用空白的四边形标出)包括大小从0.1到几十毫米变化且化学组成梯度从它们的中心朝向边缘的体心立方树枝状(图3)的A2?相的大晶粒。
那些树枝状内和外的化学成分列于表5中,表明在树枝状内富含Nb元素,这与在SEM中用背散色电子衍射观察到的灰度值相一致。
实际上富含Nb元素的区域比试样的其他区域显得更明亮。
树枝状的次轴和三轴垂直于主轴与体心立方材料中的一样。
树枝状区域的显微硬度比试样其他区域的显微硬度更高。
计算合金7B的无序A2到有序B2的转变温度是在1217℃。
3.2.退火试样试样4B和7B的高斯维氏显微硬度,它们的组成相和它们在不同退火处理后在室温下的化学成分如表6和7所示。
3.2.1.4B合金通过计算确认在1260℃时合金是单相B2相,如图4中用空白的三角形表示。
在1260℃热处理期间发生有序化且在淬火期间没有发生有序化作为用反相畴观察确认了。
从1260℃进行冰水淬火之后,4B合金的显微结构在室温用SEM确定,表明是带低体积分数的α2或O m两相(B2+α2(或O m)),如图5a所示。
α2(或O m)细针状沉淀是在晶粒间和晶粒内的,且在冷却到室温的期间发生;实际上在平衡处的计算没有提到α2(或O)相。
再者,在室温下拍摄的X射线衍射图案揭示出了四个相:α2、O m、B2和ω;后者(非热式)在非平衡的条件下在快速冷却期间在B2晶粒内形成,α2和O m相同样也这样形成的。
在1100℃退火处理75个个小时和冰水淬火之后,用SEM观察到B2、α2(或O m)和σ三相,如图5b所示。
平衡计算给出仅仅有B2和σ两相且计算的转变线(B2→σ)与试验的转变线相一致(考虑到用X显微分析决定约±1 at.%不确定成分),如图6所示。
α2(或O m)相在冷却期间形成且在非平衡条件下。
在900℃退火处理140个小时(图7a)和1000个小时(图7b)且冰水淬火,在室温下观察SEM显微照片,呈现出B2(或ω),α2(或平衡条件下形成的O 相)和σ相。
α2(或O)相的体积分数随着退火时间增加。
对于最长时间的退火处理,B2相是富含Al元素的;其化学成分非常接近于化学计量的B82ω相的化学成分:Al3NbTi4。
计算给出三相平衡:α2+O+σ和没有提到的B2相,如图8所示。
在图8中注意到Al-Nb-Ti三元相图的部分中如χ(Ti)=常数(=0.50 at.),计算的相平衡有强烈的变化相对于Al量增加很少,如下:●三元(α2+O+σ)如χ(Al)= 0.256-0.298 at.;●二元(α2+σ)如χ(Al)= 0.298-0.324 at.;●三元(α2+σ+ B2(ωB82))如χ(Al)= 0.324-0.375 at.这样,在试验与计算相平衡之间的误差能用初始材料的X射线显微分析测量的化学成分的不确定(±0.01 at.)和在文献中全部数据的临界检验之后用最优化的程序评估热力学动力学数据库的精确度解释。
在700℃退火处理1500个小时和冰水淬火处理,用SEM观察到相同的三相(B2(或ωB82),α2(或O)和σ),如图9a和放大的b所示。
明亮场的电子显微照片分别如图9c和d所示,表明在B2内是ωB82晶粒和与B2相交替不同变化的O相。
计算给出α2+O+ωB82三相平衡。
T=700℃计算的三元等温截面如图10所示,不表示三相平衡包括σ相。
这样获得温度高于700℃时的平衡。
所以,在700℃进行退火的时间不足以达到平衡。
更进一步,注意到三元Al-Nb-Ti体系中某个温度范围内,存在两个单相的B2相域,有不同的化学成分(在这种体系下提出了一个混溶隙)。
两个体心立方域的分离导致了α2和σ两个单相域在三元体系中的扩大。
例如,在T=1020℃计算的三元等温截面如图11所示,χ(Ti)约等于0.5at.,相B21(Al耗尽约0.2at.)和相B22(Al富含约0.375at.,近似于Al3NbTi4化学计量)在图中表示出。
所以当温度从T B2下降因为一个均匀的B2域存在,两种不同的反应可能发生相对于B2相的Al含量。
(i)耗尽Al的B2(B21)+σ·B2+α2+O。
形成的B2相仍然耗尽了很多Al。
三相域在图11中用标有1的三角形表示;(ii)和富含Al的B2(B22)+σ·B2(ωB82)+α2+O。
形成的B2(ωB82)相仍然富含很多的Al。
三相域在图11中用标有2的三角形表示出。
所以,在非平衡条件下,可能观察到第一个反应或第二个反应,在某些情况下将考虑观察到的合金的微观结构。
3.2.2.7B合金在1260℃时,合金是A2单相,如图4中用空白的正方形标出。
在1100℃退火处理75个小时之后,合金包括B2+σ+α2(或O m),如图5c 所示。
α2(或O m)相有非常低的体积分数,且在冷却到室温期间一定形成。
计算给出两相平衡B2+σ(计算得出的转变线与试验得出的转变线完全符合)和没有提到的α2(或O m)相,如图6所示。
低温(从1000℃)时,合金是两相状态(O+σ(低的体积分数))。
