I spy
This game is about stationery words. The teacher says “I spy with my eye something that begins with P”. The students try to guess the object. They can ask, “Is it pen?” and if the teacher says no, they continue to ask, “Is it pencil?” If it is the word the teacher wants, then the teacher says, “Yes, you are right.”

Children under the age of 2 need fats in their diet to help with the growth of their nervous system. Eat balanced meals. When cooking for children, try to bake or boil instead of frying. Decrease children’s sugar intake. Eat fruit or vegetables for a snack. For children over 5, use low-fat dairy products. Decrease the use of butter. Eat more lean chicken, fish, and beans for protein. Making healthy food choices: According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005, a decrease in energy intake of 50 to 100 calories per day for children who are gaining excess fat can reduce the rate at which they gain weight. With this reduction in energy intake, they will grow into a healthy weight as they age. Help the children to find higher-calorie foods that can be cut from his/her daily intake.
