1My Friend MacHi everyone! Today I want to tell you about my friend Mac and his cool family. Mac is short for Michael, but everyone calls him Mac. He's in my class at school and we've been best buddies since first grade.Mac lives with his mom, dad, and little sister Amy. Their last name is McDonald, but Mac just goes by Mac for short. His mom's name is Emily and his dad is Robert, but Mac calls them Mom and Dad like I do. Amy is 6 years old and just started first grade this year.Mac's dad works at a big software company downtown. He's a computer programmer, which means he writes the code that makes apps and programs work on phones, computers and stuff. It sounds like a hard job to me! Mom stays home and takes care of Mac, Amy and the house. She makes the best peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.Their house is a two-story white building with a nice green yard out front. Mac has his own bedroom upstairs that's pretty big. He has a bunk bed, toy shelves, a desk for homework, and even a small TV! downstairs there's a living room, kitchen, and a backyard with a swing set for Amy. Mac's family has a black car called a sedan that Dad drives to work. The McDonalds are really into sports, especially Mac's dad. On weekends, they'll go to the park near their house and play baseball, soccer or football together. Dad is a huge fan of the local pro baseball team too. Sometimes they'll go watch the games at the stadium and eat hot dogs piled high with mustard and relish. Mac's favorite player is the team's star pitcher. One thing I really like about Mac's family is how much they seem to enjoy being together. Unlike my house where my parents are always working, the McDonalds spend a lot of quality time hanging out. They'll have movie nights, go on weekend trips, and even just play simple games at home. I remember one time I slept over and we all stayed up really late having a big rambunctious pillow fight! In the summers, Mac's family likes to go camping up in the mountains. They have a big tent, sleeping bags, and all the other gear. While camping, they'll go on hikes, roast marshmallowsover the fire, and try to spot wildlife like deer or bears (from a safe distance of course!). Mac told me last year they even went whitewater rafting down a fast river! That sounds both exciting and terrifying. The McDonalds also love celebrating holidays together. At Christmas, they'll decorate their house with bright lights and a big tree inside. Mac's dad has to get up on a ladder to put the star on top! They open presents together on Christmas morning after eating a big breakfast of pancakes, eggs and bacon. For Halloween, the whole family dresses up in costumes and goes trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. Last year Mac was a robot, his mom was a witch, and his dad was Frankenstein's monster!Well, I could go on and on about Mac's family because they're just so fun and amazing. He's really lucky to have such a loving, close-knit group of people in his life. They might be a little loud and rambunctious sometimes, but they deeply care for each other. The McDonalds know how to have a great time, whether it's playing in the backyard, going on an adventure, or just hanging around the living room. I'm glad Mac is my best friend because his family always makes me feel so welcome, like one of their own. What a cool bunch!篇2The Mack FamilyHi there! My name is Emma and I'm going to tell you all about my family, the Macks. We're a pretty cool bunch, if I do say so myself!First up, there's my dad, Tom. He's a really tall guy with short brown hair and a friendly smile. Dad works as a computer programmer at a big tech company downtown. He's super smart and can fix any problem with our computers or phones. In his free time, Dad loves playing basketball and watching sports on TV. He's a huge fan of the local basketball team! Then there's my mom, Sarah. She has long blonde hair and blue eyes. Mom is a nurse at the hospital and she's always taking care of people. She's really kind and patient, even when my little brother is being a brat! After work, Mom likes to go for walks in the park or read books. She's part of a book club with her friends.Speaking of my brother, that little rascal is named Jack. He's 8 years old and never stops moving! Jack has curly red hair and a ton of freckles. He loves anything with wheels – skateboards, bikes, you name it. Jack is always getting scraped knees andbruises from his adventures. He drives Mom and Dad crazy sometimes, but I think he's pretty funny.I can't forget about our dog, Rufus! He's an old golden retriever who just lounges around the house all day. Rufus has soft yellow fur and the sweetest brown eyes. Even though he's getting up there in age, he still loves chasing squirrels in the backyard and begging for treats. We all spoil him rotten! As for me, I'm 10 years old with long brown hair that I usually wear in braids. I'm the artistic one in the family – I love drawing, painting, and making crafts. My latest hobby is jewelry making and I've made bracelets and necklaces for my whole class. I guess you could call me a creative kid!Our house is pretty average, with a nice backyard for playing. It's always lively around here, that's for sure! In the evenings, we'll gather in the living room to watch a movie or play games together. I love hearing Dad's corny jokes and seeing who can beat Mom at Scrabble (usually not me!). The weekends are when we really have fun though.Saturday mornings you'll find us at Jack's soccer games, cheering him on from the sidelines. I love watching him run up and down the field with his teammates. After the game, we'll goout for a big family breakfast with Dad's parents. They live close by so we see them a lot.In the afternoons, we'll do something active like go on a hike or hit some balls at the batting cages. Dad is super competitive so he gets really into it! After we've worked up an appetite, we'll grab dinner at one of our favorite casual restaurants. I always get the chicken tenders and fries.Sundays are a bit more relaxed. Sometimes we'll go to church in the morning, then have a big lunch at home. Dad might BBQ on the grill if it's nice out. The rest of the day, we just hang around the house. Mom works on her gardening, Dad watches the game, Jack plays with his friends outside, and I make fun crafts. Then we'll all play a board game before bed.We may not be rich or have the biggest house on the block, but we're happy just being together. The Macks love our little family and all our silly traditions. Even when Jack is driving me nuts or Dad tells a lame pun, I wouldn't want it any other way. We'll keep on making fun memories for years to come! That's my family in a nutshell! I'm lucky to have such a caring, loving, and slightly crazy bunch. We keep each other laughing through the good times and bad. The Mack family is prettyspecial, if you ask me. Thanks for reading all about us – I hope you enjoyed getting to know my wild crew!篇3The McCall Family is Really Cool!Hi friends! Today I want to tell you all about the McCall family from our English textbooks. They are such a fun family and I really like learning about them. Get ready because this is going to be a long story!First, let me introduce you to the mom and dad. The mom's name is Mary and the dad is called John. They are both really nice people. Mary works at a hospital as a nurse which means she helps take care of sick people. John has his own little business selling flowers. I think that's a pretty cool job!Mary and John have two kids named Mike and Lisa. Mike is 12 years old and Lisa is 10, so they are just a little bit older than me. Mike is really good at sports, especially basketball. He is on the school team and practices every day after class. Lisa's favorite thing is reading books. She has a huge bookshelf in her room filled with stories! I wish I could read as much as her.The McCall family also has some pets. They have a dog named Buddy who is a golden retriever. Buddy has really soft fur and loves to play catch and go for walks. The family also has two cats - Coco is all black and Snowy is all white. Coco is pretty shy but Snowy loves people and is always looking for scratches and pets! One of my favorite things about the McCalls is their big backyard. They have a garden where they grow fruits and veggies like tomatoes, carrots and strawberries. John especially likes taking care of the garden. They also have a treehouse that Mike and Lisa played in when they were little kids. And there's a swimming pool for hot summer days! The McCall family is really active and they love sports and being outdoors together. On weekends, they go hiking, cycling, swimming at the pool or playing games in the backyard. John coaches Mike's basketball team too. I think it's great that they have so much fun as a family. But the McCalls don't just play all the time - they are very hard workers too. Mary has to work very long hours at the hospital sometimes, especially when she has the night shift. And John is always busy taking orders for flowers and making beautiful bouquets for people. Mike has basketball practicealmost every day and he also has to find time for his homework. Lisa is a super student and loves reading and learning.Even though they are all very busy, the McCalls still make time for family traditions. Every Sunday they have a big family dinner together. And on special days like birthdays and holidays, they make each other's favorite foods and bake delicious cakes and cookies. They also take vacations sometimes, like going camping in the summer or to the beach. The McCall house always seems to be filled with fun, laughter and love. They get along really well and are there for each other through good times and bad. If someone is having a hard day, the rest of the family tries to cheer them up. They hug, tell jokes and do kind things for one another. I really admire how close they all are.Well, that's pretty much everything about the amazing McCall family. As you can see, they are just a regular family like many others, but I think they are extra special. They work hard, play hard, and most importantly, they really care about each other. I enjoy learning about them in our English classes and reading the stories of their daily lives. I hope I can visit their house for a playdate sometime! Let me know if you would like to hear any other McCall family stories.篇4Here's an essay introducing the McCall family from Unit 3 of the PEP Edition 7 Grade 2 English textbook, written in English from the perspective of an elementary school student. They have a swimming pool and a trampoline, which is really fun to play on. They also have a big tree house in the backyard that Mr. McCall built for Jack and Emily. One of my favorite things to do with the McCall family is to have a barbecue in their backyard. We all sit outside and eat together, and then we play games or go swimming in the pool.Another thing I really like about the McCall family is that they're always going on fun adventures together. Sometimes they go camping or hiking in the mountains, and other times they go to the beach or to an amusement park. They always invite me to come along, and we have so much fun together. One of my favorite memories with the McCall family was when we went to the zoo together. We saw all kinds of amazing animals, like lions and tigers and elephants. Jack and I had a contest to see who could make the funniest animal noises, and Emily drew pictures of all the animals we saw.Overall, the McCall family is just really awesome. They're always so nice and welcoming to me, and they make me feel like part of their family. Lucy loves reading books, especially fantasy novels with magic and adventure. She also takes dance classes after school and is a very good dancer. I really admire her because she works so hard at everything she does. Finally, there is little Timmy who just turned 8. He is a very energetic and curious boy. Timmy loves playing sports like soccer and basketball. He is always running around and never seems to run out of energy! His favorite subjects at school are math and science. The whole McGregor family has a dog named Buddy. Buddy is a golden retriever and he is super friendly and loves to play fetch. Last year they went to Hawaii and swam in the beautiful ocean. This year they are planning a trip to London to see all the historic sites and try authentic English food.

不过,Max and Ruby(麦克斯和卢比)的总体集数没有Peppa Pig(粉红小猪妹)多。

1The Flood That Changed EverythingIt was a dark and stormy night when the flood came. The rain pounded on our little house and the wind howled so loudly that it was hard to hear anything else. Mary and I were huddled under the covers in our bedroom, listening to the sounds of the storm raging outside."I'm scared," Mary whispered, her eyes wide with fear. I reached out and took her hand, trying to be brave for my little sister."It's okay, the grown-ups will keep us safe," I told her, though truthfully I was feeling pretty scared too.We must have dozed off at some point because the next thing I knew, Mom was shaking us awake frantically."Kids, we have to get out now! The river is overflowing and the water is rising fast," she said urgently. We scrambled out of bed and into our raincoats and boots as quickly as we could. Dad was already standing by the front door, looking pale and worried. Outside, I could see flashes of lightning illuminating the dark sky.The water was already up to our knees by the time we made it outside. We clutched each other's hands tightly as we waded through the freezing, muddy torrent towards higher ground. Mary was crying and shivering uncontrollably."It's going to be alright, sweetheart," Mom soothed, scooping her up into her arms. "We're going to be just fine."But I'm not sure any of us really believed that in those terrifying moments. All around us, trees were being violently uprooted and debris was swirling in the rapid currents. The storm seemed to have no end in sight. Finally, after what felt like an eternity of struggling against the powerful floodwaters, we reached a shelter on top of a hill where other evacuated families had gathered. We were drenched, exhausted, and traumatized - but at least we were alive. The next few days passed in a blur. We stayed at the shelter, eating simple meals of canned foods and blankets while the raincontinued to pelt down outside. Every now and then, news would come in about another family who hadn't been so lucky, whose home had been completely destroyed by the unstoppable deluge. It was utterly heartbreaking. When the floodwaters finally receded enough for us to survey the damage to our neighborhood, the sight was devastating. Our once-tidy little house was caked in thick mud, its windows shattered and most of our possessions strewn about or ruined. The streets looked like a warzone, with overturned cars, fallen trees and power lines scattered everywhere. In the weeks that followed, our community came together like never before to start the long process of cleaning up and rebuilding. Neighbors who may have never exchanged more than a polite wave suddenly became like family members, helping each other gut waterlogged homes and sharing what few belongings we had salvaged.Though the experience of the flood was undoubtedly terrifying, something beautiful emerged from that tragedy too. We had a new appreciation for the preciousness of life and for sticking together through hard times. Our town's resilient spirit only grew stronger in the face of such overwhelming adversity. For Mary and me, the flood will always be seared into our memories – the sights, sounds, and smells forever branded into our minds. We'll never forget watching in horror as the waters ruthlessly swallowed up the place we called home. We'll never forget the kindness of strangers who donated food, clothes and shelter when we had nothing. And we'll never forget the incredible strength of ordinary people coming together to pick up the pieces.Though the physical scars of that devastating flood eventually healed, the emotional ones still linger to this day. But we emerged from it more prepared than ever to weather any future storms life might send our way. After facing down one of nature's most destructive forces head-on and living to tell the tale, we know in our hearts that we can overcome just about anything as long as we have each other.篇2Mary's Family and the FloodOnce upon a time, there was a little girl named Mary. She lived with her family in a cozy house near a beautiful river. The river was always calm and peaceful, and Mary loved to play bythe riverbank with her friends. However, one day, something unexpected happened - a big flood came!It was a rainy day when the raindrops started falling from the sky. Mary's family noticed that the rain was getting heavier and the river was rising rapidly. They quickly realized that they were in danger. Mary's parents told her and her little brother, Timmy, to pack their important belongings and get ready to leave. The water level continued to rise, and soon it reached their doorstep. Mary's family had to evacuate their home. They took their bags and rushed to a safe shelter on higher ground. They were scared, but they knew they had to stay strong for each other. In the shelter, Mary's family met other families who were also affected by the flood. They shared their stories and supported one another. The community came together to provide food, clothes, and toys for the children. Mary and Timmy made new friends and played games to keep their spirits high.Days turned into weeks, and the floodwaters slowly receded. Mary's family returned to their house, but it was in a terrible state. The furniture was damaged, and everything was covered in mud. Mary's parents knew they had a big task ahead of them –cleaning and rebuilding their home. With the help of their neighbors and volunteers, Mary's family started the cleanup process. They scrubbed the walls, washed the floors, and repaired what they could. It was hard work, but they worked together as a team and never gave up. Mary and Timmy helped too, even though they were just little kids.As time passed, Mary's house began to regain its former glory. The walls were painted, new furniture was brought in, and the house started to feel like a home again. Mary was filled with joy and gratitude. She realized that even though the flood had brought them challenges, it had also shown her the power of community and resilience.Mary's family learned an important lesson from the flood. They understood the importance of being prepared for emergencies and taking care of each other during difficult times. They also knew that it was crucial to appreciate the things they had and to help others in need.In the end, the flood became a turning point for Mary's family. They became stronger, closer, and more grateful for the simple joys of life. Mary and Timmy continued to play by the river, but now they understood the power and unpredictability of nature.Remember, no matter how tough things may get, there is always hope and support around us. Mary's family faced a challenging situation, but with love, determination, and the help of their community, they were able to overcome it.So, let's remember to cherish our loved ones, be prepared for the unexpected, and lend a helping hand to those in need. Together, we can face any storm that comes our way!Word Count: 377 words篇3The Flood That Changed EverythingIt was just another ordinary day when I woke up that morning. Little did I know that by the end of the day, my entire world would be turned upside down. I'm Mary, by the way, and this is the story of how a flood changed my life forever.I remember getting ready for school like I always did. Mom made my favorite breakfast - pancakes with lots of maple syrup. Dad was already at work, but he always left a little note for me in my lunchbox. That day it said, "Have an awesome day, sweetie! Love you!"School was pretty uneventful. We had a spelling test that I think I did okay on. During recess, I played hopscotch with my best friend Emma. Everything seemed perfectly normal. Little did I know, forces of nature were brewing that would soon disrupt my calm, little life. When I got home from school, Mom wasn't there, which was weird. She's always home by the time I get back. I went upstairs to my room to do my homework, thinking she must have just run out to the store or something. An hour later, I heard the front door open and Mom's frantic voice calling my name."Mary! Mary, where are you?"I ran downstairs to see what was going on. Mom looked panicked and was drenched from head to toe. "We have to get out of here right now," she urged, grabbing my arm. "A flash flood is coming and it's going to hit our neighborhood hard."My mind was racing as Mom hurriedly packed a few essentials into a bag. A flood? Here? I didn't even know that was possible where we lived. Before I could process what was happening, Mom was pulling me out the door and into her car.We drove to my grandparents' house on the other side of town. The roads were already flooded in some areas, causingmassive traffic jams. I'll never forget the sight of the raging waters gushing down our street, submerging our little yellow house. In a matter of hours, it was completely underwater.Mom was in tears as we watched the devastating news reports from Grandma and Grandpa's living room. Our neighborhood had been hit by a historic flash flood, causing catastrophic damage. Hundreds of families, including ours, had lost their homes and all their belongings. In the aftermath, we stayed with my grandparents while Mom and Dad figured out what to do next. It was so hard seeing them stressed and heartbroken over losing everything they'd worked so hard for. At school, the teachers did their best to offer support, but it was really tough having my normal routine ripped away like that. After a few weeks of living out of suitcases and feeling displaced, Mom and Dad finally found us a little apartment to rent temporarily. Slowly, we started putting the pieces back together. I remember Mom crying tears of joy the day our new apartment felt like home.Dad worked extra overtime to help make ends meet while they got back on their feet financially. I spent a lot of time withmy grandparents, since they lived close by. Grandpa taught me how to fish at a nearby lake to take my mind off things.Eventually, we were able to buy a new house - a cute little place with a huge backyard. Of course, it wasn't the same as the home I grew up in, the one filled with so many wonderful memories. But we made it our own, bright new memories to fill it with joy and happiness once again. The flood was one of the hardest things my family ever went through. We lost so much - our home, most of our belongings, our sense of security. But we didn't lose what mattered most: each other. We stuck together through the tears, the stress, the uncertainty. And on the other side, we emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before.Sometimes, I'll catch Mom gazing wistfully at old photos from our life before the flood. I know she misses how things used to be. But then I'll give her a big hug, and she'll smile that warm smile of hers that reminds me that everything is okay. Because no matter what unexpected storms life brings our way, as long as we have each other, we can get through anything.篇4The Big Flood and Our Soggy AdventureMy name is Mary and I'm 8 years old. I live with my mom, dad, and little brother Tommy who is 5. A few weeks ago, something really crazy happened that I'll never forget! It started raining really hard one evening. Like REALLY hard. The wind was blowing and the trees were swaying back and forth. Tommy and I were playing inside while Mom was cooking dinner and Dad was watching the news."There's a flood warning for our area," Dad said with a worried look on his face. "The river could overflow its banks with all this heavy rain."Mom went to the window and her eyes got really big. "Oh my goodness, the water is already starting to rise in the streets!" she exclaimed.Sure enough, when we looked outside, the roads were completely covered in water. It was crazy! Some of our neighbor's cars were halfway submerged."Kids, go upstairs and pack some clothes and essential items in your backpacks quickly," Dad instructed. "We may need to evacuate if the flooding gets worse."Tommy and I ran upstairs, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. Were we really going to have to leave our home? This felt like some kind of adventure! We stuffed our backpacks with clothes, our favorite toys, books, and snacks. When we came back downstairs, the water was already starting to seep into our house!"This is getting dangerous," Dad said. "We need to get out of here before it rises any higher. Grab your raincoats and boots!"The four of us put on our raingear and made our way outside.I couldn't believe my eyes! The whole neighborhood looked likea big lake or river. The water was up to my waist in some areas. We carefully walked a few blocks to the town's emergency shelter at the school. There were already a bunch of other families there. We found some cots to set up a temporary living space.Over the next few days, the flooding just kept getting worse. We listened to the radio for updates and saw helicopters flying overhead. Some people even had to be rescued from their roofs by boat! One night, the power went out at the shelter. We told ghost stories by lantern light and made shadow puppets on the walls. Despite the unfortunate situation, we tried to make the best of it.Finally, after almost a week, the rain stopped and the waters started to recede. When we went back home, it was a huge mess. The floors were covered in mud and water had damaged some of our belongings. But we were safe and that's what mattered most. Dad said we were lucky compared to some families who lost everything in the flood. For weeks, we had to clean and repair our house. Even months later, you could still see some water lines and stains on the walls as reminders of our crazy, soggy adventure.Although it was an extremely difficult experience, I'm proud of how my family got through it together with courage and perseverance. If another flood ever comes, at least we'll be prepared veterans! Hopefully, we don't have to get rescued by helicopters next time.篇5Mary's Family and the Flood AftermathIt was a dark and stormy night when the flood came. The rain just wouldn't stop pouring down. My little brother Timmy and I were tucked up in our beds, trying to fall asleep despite the loud thunderclaps. Mommy and Daddy had told us not to worry, that everything would be okay. But then we heard them shouting downstairs.Daddy rushed into our room. "Kids, get your rain boots and jackets on quickly! We have to leave the house right now!" He scooped up Timmy while I hurriedly put on my yellow rain boots. When we got outside, I couldn't believe my eyes. Our whole street was flooded! The water was up to my knees and still rising rapidly. Mommy was carrying our dog Rufus, who was shivering. We grabbed just a few belongings and started wading through the freezing cold water with the other neighbors towards higher ground. We spent the night at our town's community center, which had been turned into an emergency shelter. Timmy and I didn't get much sleep, between his crying and the loud sounds of the storm. In the morning, the water level had gone down just a little bit. But there was so much damage everywhere we looked. Our house was in pretty bad shape when we went back a few days later. The entire first floor had flooded, and most of ourfurniture and belongings were ruined. Mud and dirty water was caked everywhere. It was so sad to see my bedroom looking like such a mess, with my toys scattered all around covered in grime.Over the next few weeks, we had to stay at Grandma and Grandpa's house while our home was being repaired. Daddy spent long hours every day cleaning, ripping out wet drywall and floors, and working with the contractors. Mommy tried to keep things as normal as possible, but it was hard living in such tight quarters all together. Finally, after what felt like forever, we were able to move back home. A lot of things looked different, with new floors and fresh paint everywhere. But it still felt good to be back in our house, even if some of our belongings couldn't be replaced.I'll never forget the lessons I learned through that experience. First, I realized how quickly things we take for granted every day - like our home - can be taken away by forces of nature. I gained a bigger appreciation for all the hard work my parents put in to make our house a home again. But most importantly, I saw how resilient my family was. We stuck together through a really tough situation, and approached each challenge with hope and determination. Instead of just feeling sorry for ourselves, we rolled up our sleeves and did whatneeded to be done. Our neighborhood came together to help each other out as well.I know life will bring more obstacles and difficult times. But if we face them with the same strength and positivity that my family showed during the flood, I'm confident we can overcome anything. Our home is much more than just four walls - it's the place where we find security, comfort and love. And that can never be washed away.篇6Mary's Family and the FloodIt was a sunny Saturday morning, and I was playing outside with my best friend Emma. We were having so much fun chasing each other around the yard and playing hopscotch on the driveway. My mom called us in for lunch, and we went inside, sweaty and hungry. After lunch, my dad turned on the TV to watch the news. The weatherman was saying that a huge storm was coming our way, and there was a risk of flooding in our area. Dad said we needed to get ready just in case, so we all started preparing.Mom and Dad gathered up our important documents like birth certificates and insurance papers and put them in a waterproof bag. They also packed some clothes, toiletries, and non-perishable food items in case we had to evacuate. My little brother Tommy was scared, so I tried to reassure him that everything would be okay.By nightfall, the storm had arrived. The rain was pouring down in sheets, and the wind was howling fiercely. I could hear the trees thrashing outside, and I was worried they might fall on our house. Dad had us all camp out in the living room away from the windows just to be safe.Around midnight, we heard a loud crash from the basement. Dad went down to investigate and came back up looking worried. He said the basement was starting to flood, and the water was rising quickly. We had to get out of the house immediately. We grabbed our emergency bags and hurried out to the car. The streets were already flooded, and it was hard to see where we were going. Dad drove slowly and carefully until we reached the community center, which had been set up as an evacuation shelter. There were so many other families there too, all with scared looks on their faces. The volunteers gave us some blankets anddirected us to a corner of the gym where we could set up our belongings. I was exhausted, but I couldn't sleep because I kept thinking about our house and all our stuff. The next few days were really tough. We had to stay at the shelter, sharing bathrooms and eating food from the donations people had brought in. Tommy cried a lot because he missed his toys and his bed. Emma's family was there too, so at least we got to hang out and play some games to pass the time. Finally, after almost a week, the flood waters started to recede. Dad was able to go back to our house and assess the damage. The basement was completely flooded, and there was some water damage on the first floor too. But overall, our house had survived intact. We were so relieved when we could finally go back home. The cleanup was a huge job, but we all pitched in. Friends and neighbors came over to help, and we were so grateful for their kindness and support. In the end, even though the flood was a scary and difficult experience, it brought our community closer together. We realized how important it is to prepare for emergencies and to look out for each other. I'll never forget the way everyone ralliedaround us during that tough time. It made me proud to be part of such a caring neighborhood.。
Mary and max

“亲爱的Mary:请接受我搜集的全部Noblet,做为我原谅你的信号。
当我年轻的时候,我想变成任何一个人除了我自己。
我们无法选择我们的缺点,然而,我们能选择我们的朋友,我很高兴选择了你。
你是我最好的朋友,也是我唯一的朋友。
你的美国笔友Max Jerry Horowitz”“go in good health!
