Nowadays more and more people are becoming aware of the importance of constant physical exercise, because they have noticed the disadvantages of the unhealthy life style,never doing any body exercises at daytime and watching TV with inadequate body exercises at night. As we all know that constant physical exercise can enhance our physique, strengthen our immune system, then we will escape from disease. At the same time, constant physical exercise can let us release pressure and keep good mood. Therefore, we are easy to become longevity.
If we want to live longer, we must learn how to balanced diet. For example, W e need eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and vegetable oil, eat less meat and animal fat .Experts think, the diet habits can largely prevent heart disease, cancer and other malignant diseases.
Besides constant physical exercise and balanced diet, from my opinion, the most important is to have a good state of mind. In fact, whether life is longevity or not, the key is how about our mentality.
