（一） 知识与技能
1. 学会和熟练地使用有关电视节目的词汇；
2. 能根据听到的单词和词组cartoon, nature programme, detective film, sports
programme, science fiction film, romantic film指认图片或节目，并能根据图片说出、认读、写出单词。
（二） 过程与方法
1．以小组合作与情景教学为主，运用游戏帮助学生理解与运用所学知识；
2．指导学生通过听音获取正确的信息，掌握一定的听音技巧；
3. 采访身边同学的电视观看情况。

Step 1 Warming up
1. 猜谜语引出本单元话题：Television
a) 学说和拼读Television.
b) 介绍Television的简写形式——TV。 2. 学生相互间谈论一下自己喜欢的电视节目
Step 2 Revision
复习第二单元关于北极生活的重点单词以及重点句型。
Step 3 Read and point
1. 老师利用图片或课件出示“电视”，并提问：What’s it? 学生回答：TV.
2. 老师指出：We also call it television. 引出本单元话题Television，学生理解并学说单词。
3. 老师在黑板上板书：TV short for —> television. 学生理解并学说句子：TV is
short for television.
4. 学生尝试通过连线联系进一步巩固理解short for的含义。

1. 学生打开课本到20页，独立阅读短文。
2. 老师提问，学生根据短文内容回答问题：What’s on TV? What do children usually

4. 学生学说句子：Children usually like cartoons. 学生通过图片的比较，理解cartoon的含义，并学说此单词。老师可让学生谈论交流：What’s your favorite
cartoon? What’s its name?

Step 6 Listen and tick
1. 老师提问：Do you like watching TV? Let’s watch TV. Look, what’s on TV? 老师引导学生观看电视，说句子：There are many different TV programmes. 老师提问：What are they? Let’s listen.
2. 老师播放录音，学生听录音指单词。
3. 老师依次出示每一种节目的图片，教授节目单词：cartoon, sport programme,
science fiction film, detective film, nature programme, romantic film. 学生学说单词。
4. 老师在教授节目单词时，可穿插问句请学生进行讨论，例如：Do you like…? Do
you usually / often / sometimes / never watch…? What do you think of them? (I
think they are boring / interesting / great / …)
Step 7 Listen and discuss
1. 老师再次播放录音，学生跟读单词。
2. 学生勾出自己喜欢的节目。
3. 学生小组活动，谈论自己喜欢和不喜欢的节目，可用以下句子介绍：I like /
don’t like… I usually / often / sometimes / never watch… I think they are …老师巡视并加以指导。
4. 根据学生的活动情况，请5-6个学生进行展示。
Step 8 Summary
老师让学生看黑板上的板书,与学生一起回顾本课所学的重要单词和句型。
Step 9 Homework
背诵本课时板书单词，了解电视节目基本词汇。

一、模块教材分析
本模块是外研社新标准英语(三年级起点)五年级下册第三模块的学习内容,属于“人与自我”范畴，主题是“English food”。第一单元的课文情境是Daming 告诉Fanfan他收到了Lingling 的电子邮件，由此展开Lingling 一日三餐的情况。第二单元的课文是Amy写给Daming的一封信。Amy告诉Daming ,今天Sam在学校吃了四个汉堡包。话题内容与学段教学内容分别与饮食、食物都有关联，在谈论一日三餐的基础上，进一步谈论中西方饮食习惯的差异。
本模块意图让学生运用一般过去时的特殊疑问句及答语来询问和表达一日三餐都吃了什么，了解掌握相关的英国传统食物名称，引导学生了解最有益于健康、最科学的饮食结构，养成良好的饮食习惯。
本模块继续巩固一般过去时的运用，教师可以引导学生进一步归纳、总结动词过去时的形式。本模块的任务是在小组内调查学生一日三餐的情况，选出“健康饮食小达人。”
