4. 教学效能
有效的教学一定是使学习者有所收获 的学习活动,检查学习效能是非常重要的。
效能检查可以有三项指标:
一是问题解决的程度?
二是解决问题的代价如何,投入产出比例 是否恰当?
三是看能否引发继续学习的意愿,能否促 进发展,具体地说是能不能带来新的问题, 能不能启动更深入、更广泛的学习活动?

”这就是说,如果课堂上“满堂灌”,而没有学生的参与,就根本不可能激发学生的思想。
在这个定义上,我主张一般的课堂,学生发言与活动的时间至少不能少于1/2。
二是亲和度,即师生之间愉快的情感沟通与智慧交流。
吉尔·哈德斐尔德(了ⅢHadfield)在《课堂活力》一书中说,“班级里可能充满了欢乐、友谊、合作和渴望;也可能是沉默、不快、矛盾和敌意”。
前者无疑是亲和度高的表现,也是课堂教学成功的基础。
三是自由度,即学生有展示自我才能的空间,课堂充满着自由轻松的氛围。
我们的课堂犹如军营,强调的是铁的纪律,正襟危坐,学生如履薄冰战战兢兢,少了一些轻松,少了一些幽默,少了一些欢声笑语,少了一些神采飞扬。
尤其是要求学生齐声回答,不允许交头接耳,不允许与老师争辩等。
这无疑是给学生的身心自由发展套上了枷锁。
四是整合度,即整体地把握学科知识体系。
整合度不高的课堂教学,往往把完整的知识分解得支离破碎,如语文老师把字词从具体的语言环境中分割出来,历史老师把事件从时代背景中游离出来,学生得到的只是被肢解的知识,而不是真正的整合知识的智慧。
五是练习度,即学生在课堂上动脑动手动口的程度。
根据维果茨基的理论,学生们是通过与教师和同伴的共同活动,通过观察、模仿、体验,在互动中学习,在活动中学习的,学习的效率与成果如何,取决于在互动与活动过程中能否充分地运用自己的能动器官。

此外,一堂好课应引领学生学习生活中有价值的数学。
苏霍姆林斯基曾言:源于生活的教育是最无痕的教育。
让学生学有价值的数学,使数学更贴近生活,才能使学生学得主动。
数学老师应把数学问题生活化,因为生活本身就是一个巨大的数学课堂,我们的数学教学要尽可能地接近学生的生活,让学生认识到生活中处处有数学,数学中也处处有生活的道理.加强数学教学的实践性,给数学找到生活的原型,让学生体验到“学数学”不是在“记数学,背数学,练数学,考数学”而是在“做数学”。
其次,一堂好课的评价主体是学生。
课上得好不好,归根到底应该由学生来评价。

----一节好的英语课的标准
经过这次培训,收获颇多。
新课程的课堂教学要由传统的知识性教学转向现代化的发展性教学。
在新课程背景下,我认为一节成功的英语课应该具备“新”“趣”“活”“实”的特点。
一、新——就是不步人后尘,不因循守旧,不照搬别人的教案,不复制别人的思路,努力把课讲出新意,在某些方面有所突破,能引起同行们产生学习仿效的欲望。
(一)理念新——即体现先进的教育教学思想。
所谓理念是一个人所具有的准备付诸行动的信念,它既是一种观念,也是一种行动。
观念是改革的先导,不同的教学理念,会带来不同的教学设计,取得不同的学习效果。
教师的教育观念决定着教师的行为,教师教育观念转变是有效地进行课堂教学的关键。
新课程的学生观:要使每一位学生都能全面和谐地发展,都能使个性得到充分发展,学生是发展的人、学生是独特的人、学生是独立的人
新课程的的评价观:自觉地发挥评价促进学生发展、教师提高和不断改进教学的作用。
新课程的课程资源观:教师应跳出封闭的教材和教室,创造性地使用教材,积极利用和开发身边的课程资源,使教学内容贴近学生,贴近社会。
(二)思路新——即体现构思新颖,实用高效的教学思路。
同样的教材,同样的学生,同样的45分钟,同样的教师,由于教学设计思路不同,课堂教学效果却大不相同。
(三)手段新——即重视现代化手段的运用
近年来,多媒体计算机又进入课堂,运用多媒体计算机辅助教学,能较好地处理好大与小,远与近,动与静,快与慢,局部与整体的关系,能吸引学生的注意力,使学生形成鲜明的表象,启迪学生的思维,扩大信息量,提高教学效率。
二、趣——就是激发学生的学习兴趣。
大家都知道“兴趣是最好的老师”
孔子也曾说过:“知之者不如好知者,好知者不如乐知者。
”由此可见,培养学生的学习兴趣,让学生在愉快的气氛中学习,是调动学生学习积极性,
提高教学质量的至关重要的条件,也是减轻学生过重负担的根本措施。
学生有了学习兴趣,学习活动对他们来说就不是一种负担,而是一种享受,一种愉快的体验,学生会越学越愿学、越爱学。
(一)导入新课时激发学习兴趣
导入新课时一堂课的重要环节,俗话说“良好的开端是成功的一半”教学的导入很重要。
(二)讲授新课时保持学习兴趣。
学习新知识本身是一项艰苦的脑力劳动。
在学习过程中,既需要一定的意志努力,也需要对整个学习过程产生兴趣。
(三)巩固练习时提高学习兴趣。
巩固练习阶段是帮助学生掌握新知,形成技能、发展智力、培养能力的重要手段。
心理实验证明:学生经过近三十分钟的紧张学习之后,注意力已经度过了最佳时期。
此时,学生易疲劳,学习兴趣容易降低,差生的表现尤为明显。
为了保持较好的学习状态,提高学生的练习兴趣,除了注意练习的目的性、典型性、层次性和针对性以外,我们还要特别注意练习形式的设计,注意使练习有趣味性。
三、活——就是让课堂教学焕发出生命活力,让课堂活起来,让学生动起来。
(一)教学方法灵活。
“教学有法,但无定法,贵在得法”,教学中要注意多种方法的有机结合,坚持“一法为主,多法配合”,逐步做到教学时间用得最少,教学效果最好,达到教学方法的整体优化。
(二)把教材用活
教师对教材钻研的程度直接关系到教学质量。
要想教得好,全在于运用;要想运用得好全在于吃透,只有熟悉新课标,吃透新教材,使新教材的精神内化为自己的思想,上课时才能挥洒自如,得心应手,才能做到教的轻松、学的愉快。
(三)把学生教活。
只有课堂活起来了,学生才有可能主动、生动、活泼地发展。
把学生教活很重要的两个方面就是课堂上要注意培养学生的问题意识,要让学生有思维活动。
四、实——就是教学中要讲求实效,不走过场,不摆花架子,用足球场上的一句话来说,就是教学要“到位”。
即努力做到教学内容充实,课堂训练扎实,教学目标落实。
(一)教学内容充实
主要指合理地确定教学内容的广度和深度;明确教学的重点、难点和关键;合理安排教学的顺序。
(二)课堂训练扎实。
即体现边讲边练,讲练结合。
做到练有目的,练有重点,练有层次,形式多样,针对性强,并注意反馈及时、准确、高效。
(三)教学目标落实。
就是一节课下来,看一看自己所定的教学目标是否得到了很好的体现。
教师可以从以下几个方面进行一下评定:学生主动参与学习;师生、生生之间保持有效的互动;学习材料、时间和空间得到充分保障;学生形成对知识真正的理解;学生的自我监控和反思能力得到培养;学生获得积极的情感体验。
总之,我们设计英语教学情景,组织各种激发创造力的趣味性学习活动,让学生在愉悦的环境中掌握英语,在享受英语的乐趣中学习英语知识,为进一步学习英语打下良好的基础。
