4.第二页的写法除了销售信以外,商务信函通常只写一页,但是有时信息太复杂也可包含两页或多页。

第2节商务信函的格式和信封的写法有几种可接受的商务信函写作格式,其中三种格式是最常使用的:缩格式、平头式和半平头式(或混合式)。

1. 商务信函的格式(1)缩格式信内名称地址部分每行都比上一行缩进3到5个空格,正文部分每一段的第一行也要缩进3到5个空格。
