At low temperatures the water content of the air is lower and the curing reaction proceeds more slowly (see diagram below).Chemical Resistance Sikasil ®-SG10 is resistant to UV radiation,fresh water, seawater and proprietary aqueous cleaning agents; temporarily resistant to fuels, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats and oils; no resistance to organic acids, concentrated mineral acids, caustic solutions and solvents. Method of Application Surface preparation The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Project specific substrates must always be submitted for testing before consideration in high demand applications. POROUS SUBSTRATES – clean by mechanical methods to expose a sound surface free of contamination. NON-POROUS SUBSTRATES – for cleaning non-porous substrates, use two cloth cleaning method using isopropyl alcohol, xylene or or an approved, clean, pure non-diluted industrial grade solvent solvent. Allow solvent to evaporate completely prior to sealant application. Strictly follow solvent manufacturer's instructions for safe handling. PRIMING Sikasil ®-SG10 is designed to obtain adhesion without the use of a primer; however, certain substrates may require a primer. Test by applying the sealant and/or primer sealant combination to confirm results and proposed application methods. Refer to Technical Data Sheet for primers Sikasil ®-2100, or Sikasil ®- 2300 available at or contact Technical Service for additional informationat(******************). ApplicationIn all cases, make sure the joint design is correct. Proper joint design minimizes stresses on the sealant. Use maskingtape if desired for areas adjacent to the joint to be sealed to prevent surface contamination. Apply sealant to dry, cleansurfaces. An air operated or handoperated cartridge gun may be used. Donot break cartridge seal until just before use. Surfaces should be dried before the sealant is applied. Normally sealantskins in 8 minutes, dries to touch in 1 hour, and bonds in 24 hours.This product is suitable for bulk dispensing straight from drums or pails bymeans of a pneumatic or hydraulic pumpsystem. 在长期地使用过程中,主轴会因为各种原因造成磨损,进而造成精度丧失,及时地修复才能使机床为企业继续创造价值。
主轴精度的修复一直是设备维修的难点,多数情况下是整体更换主轴与轴承,成本高、时间长。
本篇文章阐述了对主轴精度修复的新的方式方法,具有成本低、可靠性高、操作便捷、推广型强等优势。
关键词:可靠;高效;便捷一、技术要求MG7340高精度卧轴圆台平面磨床是天津机床厂生产的齿轮插齿刀具刃磨机床,该设备主轴为静压主轴,制造精度和安装精度要求高。
主轴前后支承轴承均采用小孔节流静压轴承,其装配间隙和径向间隙由主轴和轴瓦的配合精度保证,无法调节,工作时由四个节流小孔分别控制轴承的四个油腔,保证油压为6-8公斤/平方厘米,轴向支承采用液压静力止推,其轴向间隙为0.03 ±0.002mm(双面),主轴的同轴度、平行度、圆柱度等技术要求都在0.005mm以内,轴瓦和主轴的尺寸精度都在0.003以内,主轴和轴瓦之间配合间隙为0.046 ±0.002mm,这些要求都给修理带来了许多困难。
由于年代较久,该设备在静压主轴压力的保护方面存在着隐患,即当主轴静压压力不足,或四腔压力不平衡时,仍然可以启动主轴,如果操作者不按照操作规程操作很容易引起主轴损坏。
一般的修理方法无法保证。
该种型号设备是我厂唯一一台插齿刀刃磨机床,在我厂生产中起着重要作用。
在运转过程中,如果轴与轴瓦配合间隙太小容易抱死,配合间隙过大主轴刚性降低,加工时主轴容易漂移。
一般情况,当静压主轴抱死后,需要整体更换,一是费用高、二是时间长。
三、修复设计经过认真分析和论证,我们采用新材料、新方法修复抱死的静压主轴以及轴瓦。

铸造缺陷修补剂HN-101是好粘胶业针对金属铸件缺陷修补专门研发的一款修补剂,对于缺陷大雨2MM的各种铸件气孔。
砂眼、麻坑、裂纹、磨损等具有优异的修补性能,在使用过程中有什么需要注意的地方呢,下面我们来分析分析铸造缺陷修补剂的使用过程:
1、先将修补物体表面处理,最好先打磨待修表面,露出金属本体并使之粗糙化,增加接触面积,如有油污再用清洗剂清洗表面,待晾干表面。
2、配制:按质量或体积比A:B=2:1将A、B两组份混合均匀,使之成为均一的颜色。
3、涂敷:将混合好的材料逐层涂敷于待修部位,第一层要用力压实,使之与基材充分浸润,排除胶层中的缝隙、气孔。
如后序需机械加工,要留出适量加工余量。
4、固化:20~25°C固化8小时可以进行机械加工,18小时后投入使用,若温度低应采用加热,用红外灯、碘钨灯等热源加热,但热源应距修复层400mm 以外(环境温度不得高于100°C),不可用火焰直接加热。
当等待修补剂完全固化之后,修补的产品就可以正常的使用了,由于部分客户之前没有使用过类似的产品,所以在修补后反馈效果不理想,针对这些客户的问题,好粘胶业一一跟踪了解之后,总结出了两点客户使用中最常见的问题:
1、混合不均匀就匆忙涂覆,由于没有混合好,所以A、B双组份不能完全反应,故修补效果不理想
2、未等到完全固化就开始使用,产品在几小时之内会初步固化并有一定的强度,客户误以为已经可以正常使用,于是进行正常的机械操作,以致修补部位脱落,影响了修补效果。
只要严格按照好粘胶业产品说明说操作步骤来使用这款产品,修复后的效果一定会让您满意的。
