⼆、餐饮⽅⾯个别要求的处理1.⼀游客提出吃素⾷,导游员应如何对待这⼀要求?2.⼀游客认为旅游团饭菜不合⼝味,要求单独⽤餐,这时导游员应该如何处理? 由于宗教信仰、⽣活习惯、⾝体状况等原因,有些游客会提出饮⾷⽅⾯的特殊要求,如不吃荤,不吃油腻、⾟辣⾷品,不吃猪⾁或其他⾁⾷,甚⾄不吃盐、糖等。

若所提要求在旅游协议书中有⽂明规定的,接待⽅旅⾏社须早作安排,地陪在接待前应检查落实情况⽽定。
