M13噬菌体的特点 感染Ecoli后,在宿主细胞内会形成双链的复制型DNA ( replication form DNA, RF DNA)。可以象质粒DNA那样在 体外进行纯化和操作。 无论是RF DNA或ss DNA都能转染E.coli的F+或F-细胞。 噬菌体颗粒的大小是受其DNA的大小制约的,这一点正 好与λ噬菌体相反,所以M13噬菌体并不存在包装限制的问 题。
5、便于克隆:有质粒上的多种单一酶切位点。
