教学重点：学习对一些著名建筑物进行描述。

【学生分析】
学生在第一单元已经对中国的长城有了一定的了解，并且部分学生在平时都已经去参观过中国的一些知名建筑物，因此在本课中让学生对自己已知的一些建筑物进行描述，不仅可巩固拓展他们的语言。而且
锻炼他们语言的组织能力，教学应尽量采取激励的方式来激发他们的发言勇气，树立他们的自信，从而使他们英语语言成为一种习得。
【设计理念】
英语课程的目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。在本课的设计中，以学生为主体，教师为主导，引导学生对已学过的语言、词汇、句型进行综合运用，学习用更多的语句进行物体的描述，从而提高学生学习的主动性、自学性及对英语学习的兴趣。
