金融英语证书考试制度(Financial English Certificate Test)是1994年经中国人民银行和原国家教委联合发文(银发[1994]107号)批准建立的我国第一个国家级行业性专业外语水平证书考试制度。
旨在通过统一的标准化考试程序和测试标准，为中国金融业提供金融英语水平行业参考标准，测试并认定应试人员的金融英语语言水平及应用能力，促进金融从业人员及相关社会人员不断提高
考试报名
(一) 本考试在全国实行网上报名，网址：中国金融教育培训网
(二) 报名时间：考试报名时间为每年5月至9月。
考试时间
金融英语证书考试每年举行1次。
每年10月下旬或11月上旬择时在全国统一开考。
2021年考试时间为11月3日。
参考教材
1、考试指定教材为中国金融出版社2021年出版的《金融英语-研习中国的金融体系》和《中国金融能力导论》(中文)。
考试参考教材包括经济科学出版社20xx年版的《现代金融业务》、中国金融出版社20____年版的《现代金融理论与实务》以
及20xx年版的《银行业务与管理》。
为便于考生备考，金融英语证书考试委员会办公室根据《金融英语证书考试大纲》及三本考试参考教材内容整理了《金融知识与理论》(电子版)，考生可在中国金融培训中心网站或中国金融教育培训网免费下载。
2、金融英语证书口语考试内容以金融英语证书考试委员会2021年颁布的《金融英语证书口语考试大纲》为准。
2021年度口语考试暂不指定参考教材。
