1.整体设计思路、指导依据说明
这节课以看医生为主线展开话题，需要掌握医生询问病情、病人描述病情，医生给出建议的英文语句。所以设计的环节中应充分体现其应用性。
《新课标》主张学生在语境中接触、体验和理解真实语言，并在此基础上学习和运用语言。鼓励学生在教师的指导下，通过体验、实践、参与、探究和合作等方式，发现语言规律，逐步掌握语言知识和技能，不断调整情感态度，形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习能力。同时对学生进行大量的语言输入，提供丰富的课程资源，创造性地开发和利用英语学习资源，拓展学生学习和运用英语的渠道。
2.教学背景分析
教学内容分析：
看医生几乎是每个人都会遇到的情景，关于如何用英语来介绍病情、询问病情、提出建议在小学的教材中已经有所涉及。本节课重点放在设计较为真实的语境让学生练习使用这些求医的英语。
学情分析：
学生善于表现自己，这节课就让学生扮演医生、患者进行大量练习。

1. 能使用本课的词汇及句式谈论就医的简单话题，如医生询问病情、病人描述哪里疼痛，医生提出建议等。

指导思想和设计思路

学情分析
本课主要教授交通规则及指路的一些句型。经过前几节课的学习,学生已经掌握了一些指路基本词汇和句型,这为本课学习打下了基础。
2新设计
1. 首先:通过师生问候和自由谈话,使学生自然地进入英语学习状态,同时复习了有关交通方式的句型, 为下一步的语言学习做好铺垫。
然后引导学生结合自己的生活经验及课件中的图片,理解交通信号灯的含义,让学生在情境中学习语言。
2. 其次;通过小游戏,巩固操练交通灯的几个句型,同时这也是对学生学习效果的有效检测。通过带着问题跟读,能帮助学生快速的了解文本内容。
3. 再次:让学生在听的过程中,动手圈出所要找的地点。既练习了学生听的能力,又锻炼了学生的反应能力。
最后引导学生读出含有各音素的单词,鼓励学生发现和总结规律,运用该规律尝试认读新单词。
