一、教学目标

二.学情分析:
本节课是八年级下册第4单元的第5课时，此时的学生已经有了两个学期的初中英语基础，对英语普遍很感兴趣，好奇心强，求知欲胜，对刺激记忆手段多的知识记忆深刻，但由于八年级下册的学习压力更大了,学生的学习还是有着很大的不稳定性。恰巧本节课谈论的如何减轻压力的话题，因此学生喜于用英语表达，上课的兴致很高！

四、教学准备：
本课所需教学课件及部分阅读任务的打印材料和词组卡片。
五、教学步骤：
