Typical Performance Properties
• Silicone durability - exhibits excellent long term resistance to ultraviolet radiation, high and low temperatures, rain, snow and natural weathering with negligible change in elasticity. • Stable consistency (uncured state) - supplied as a lightweight paste the consistency of which remains relatively unchanged over a wide temperature range. The material will extrude easily from the cartridge or container and remains workable under almost any practical temperature without requiring heating (other sealant types can stiffen upon exposure to cooler conditions and require heating in order to dispense and work the material). • Thermal stability (cured state) - once cured, the material remains flexible over a temperature range of -55°F (-48°C) to 250°F (121°C). • Primerless adhesion - bonds to most conventional substrates and finishes including: glass, glass coatings, ceramic frits, fluropolymer and powder coated paints, conversion-coated and anodized aluminum. The building’s striking profile is that of a square prism, intersected by two sweeping arcs to form the building’s signature opening: a vertically-evolving six-sided shape that resembles the ancient Chinese symbol of the earth. Here,at 472 meters (located on the 100th floor), the architectural vision for the building to serve as a symbolic link between heaven and earth is realized.SSG4400’s fundamental properties allow it to endure severe impact, reducing potential for damage brought on by extreme winds, precipitation, and range of seismic activity, all quite common in Shanghai.Using SSG4400 also helped improve the project’s overall production schedule. 1.材料要求1.1装配密封剂:结构密封剂优先采用道康宁公司的DC993双组份密封剂和DC995单组份密封胶及GE公司的SSG4400双组份密封剂。

1.2防水密封剂:防水密封剂优先采用道康宁公司的DC79IN和GE公司的GE2000密封剂。

L3嵌缝泡沫条a.闭孔发泡聚乙烯(Polyethylene) ob.开孔聚胺基酸乙酯(POlyUthane)。

机械加工L4双面胶间隔条开孔高密度有机硅聚合物(常规为黑色)。

L 5保护带宽度约1寸的纸基粘胶带。

1.6清洗溶剂分析纯或工业用二甲苯(Xylene)L 7底漆根据粘结力和相溶性试验报告的要求选用,并按相应的操作规程施工。

L8清洁用布采用干净、柔软、不脱毛的白色或原色棉布。

2.主要机具2.1机械设备双组份装配密封剂采用专用双组份硅酮抒胶机。

单组份装配密封剂应采用手动或气动胶枪。
