英语新课程标准倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式,如何更好地使用电子白板打造小学英语的互动课堂,笔者进行了初步地探索和实践。

为了让学生在英语课堂上体会到语言习得的真实性和实践性,教师要尽量为学生创造一些语境,用语篇和语境带动学习,学生通过体验、实践和探究等方式,掌握并运用所学知识技能。

这就要求教师采用灵活多样的教学手段,创设出逼真的语言运用环境。

在日常的教学中,我们会遇到不能搬到教室里来的现场,无法让学生体验,但是通过电子白板可以和教师的语言组成一个立体的英语语用环境,让学生感知、理解、模仿,最终实现真实的交际。

例如,小学英语M2U3 "Home life",本课重点学习的是各个房间的名称,要教会学生能正确朗读并拼写bedroom,living room,bathroom,kitchen四个单词和询问"Where are you?"的表达方式,并掌握"…am/is/are…(doing)"的句型。

在设计教学时笔者提前请部分学生录制了一段介绍自己居家生活的视频,然后一边播放一边利用电子白板的照相机抓拍功能,拍下不同的房间,教授新单词,自然地展示学生不同家庭的房间,大家在视频播放的过程中看到了熟悉的身影。

学生在分享的过程中,边讲述、边利用电子白板呈现关键词汇,精美的画面、真实的故事,给学生创设了一个引人入胜的语言环境,充满想象的空间,使大多数学生很容易就学会了这些新词汇。
