各初中英语听力口语考试考点学校：
为做好2018年初中英语听力口语模拟考试工作，现将有关事项通知如下：
（一）3月19日上午9:00，考点学校到教育局五楼领取考试耳麦并上报模拟考试主考、副主考和系统操作员名单；
（二）3月22日上午9:00，在教育局11楼大会议室召开2018年初中英语听力口语模拟考试考务会议，参加对象为各考点学校副主考和系统操作员（每个考场1名）。
会后上报英语听力口语考试考点机房设备自查表。
请各考点学校按照通知要求，及时安排人员做好相关工作。
