The raccoon tail doesn't really seem to fit with the rest of it.I think whoever drew this picture must have had a really wacky imagination. 成员由市财政局会计处、人教处、办公室、监察室等处室有关负责同志组成。
下设采集工作办公室,办公室设在市财政局会计处,具体负责本次信息采集工作的组织实施。
信息采集工作是完善会计从业人员信息、建设信息数据库的重要基础性工作,是顺利实施全省会计管理信息系统的前提,对实现提高会计人员管理效率、提升会计管理工作水平意义重大。

信息采集时,由会计人员登陆徐州财政信息网(),进入对应的信息采集链结,对其个人及其所在单位信息进行修改维护(具体操作步骤及要求见附件1)后,携带身份证等相关资料到所属财政部门指定的地点进行现场确认(具体要求见附件2)。
三、信息采集的时间安排2011年3月31日为信息基准日。
为确保数据的稳定性和完整性,从4月1日至7月31日,财政部门会计管理机构暂停办理会计从业资格管理的一切业务。
会计人员上网更改完善个人信息的时间为4月1日至6月29日,现场确认审核的时间为4月18日至6月30日,财政部门现场确认的地点见附件3。
四、统一会计从业资格证书和单位档案号为便于会计从业人员信息汇总和跨地区调转,按财政部要求,今后将统一采用身份证号作为会计从业人员信息唯一档案号。
持港、澳、台身份证件的从业人员,以其本地身份证号作为会计从业资格证书档案号;持护照的外国从业人员,以其护照号作为会计从业资格证书档案号。
为提高会计管理工作效率,省财政厅决定在全省会计管理系统中引入由质量技术监督部门颁发的组织机构代码,作为单位信息的唯一档案号。
更改会计从业人员信息档案号和采集单位组织机构代码的工作,结合本次信息采集工作一并进行。
五、注意事项(一)各县(市)区要根据自身实际,按照会计从业资格管理权限,精心部署,设计各种合理有效的方式开展信息采集。
各县(市)区要牢固树立服务意识,采取提供确认时间预约,定点采集和送服务下基层等形式相结合,认真做好本地区的现场确认工作,切实保证信息质量和信息采集率。
(二)各县(市)区应严格按照要求做好现场确认工作,要选派责任心强、作风正派的人员承担审核确认工作,并建立有效的档案保管和责任追究制度。
(三)对截止2011年3月31日已经办理会计从业资格调出但尚未办理调入的会计人员,不参加本次信息采集,待全省会计管理信息系统正式上线运行后,再到调入地财政部门办理信息采集与调入手续。
(四)对各审核确认点工作人员在审核确认信息工作中,出现审核不严、违规操作行为的,一经发现,一律交由其单位人事部门严肃处理。
