【摘要】Through summarizing the new situation and new problems since the pilot implementation development of urban and rural medical insurance for catastrophic diseases in China, it analyzes the nature of medical insurance for catastrophic diseases and the relationship among New Rural Cooperative Medical System and Basic Medical Insurance for urban residents, puts forward the main difficulties and the faced challenges in the development of medical insurance for catastrophic diseases.%通过对我国城乡居民大病保险试点工作开展以来遇到的新情况、新问题进行梳理，分析大病保险的性质与定位，以及大病保险与新农合和城镇居民基本医疗保险的关系，提出大病保险发展存在的主要问题和面临的挑战。【总页数】2页(15-16)
