当我们步入一座陌生城市，城市建设是给人的第一印象。
只有优规划、腾空间、强管理，我们才能创造和谐环境，保障市民生活，让城市稳步发展。
欲穷千里目，更上一层楼。
我们要遵循优规划的原则，考虑问题深入全面。
众所周知，江阴初级中学容纳近三千名学生，操场却不及标准。
我认为毗邻的朝阳公园一部分，应被改建成标准运动场地，对外开放，既满足同学阳光体育一小时的需求，又能带动市民加入十分钟健身圈。
最近，江阴在实行旧城改造，让老小区和旧工厂腾空间。
同样，我建议把学校废弃宿舍楼改为实验楼，完善学校设施。
同时，把老操场改为公共停车场。
这样不仅缓解交通拥堵，还便利周围市民，何乐而不为？
城市建设服务好市民，还需要强管理。
