群体是成员之间的互赖性可以变化的动力整 体,群体的本质就是导致群体成为一个“动 力整体”的成员之间的互赖(这种互赖通常 是由共同目标而创设)。在这个动力整体中, 任何成员状态的变化都会引起其他成员状态 的变化,成员之间紧张的内在状态能激励群 体达成共同的预期目的
