slow也可用作副词，它与slowly的区别在于：
在道路标志“slow, dangerous bend”中，只能 用slow。在非正式谈话中，在go后面、在美国 英语中的其它一些动词后面，都用slow。例如 ，go slow进展慢，drive slow(车)开得慢。然而 slow只有在与how搭配时可以放在谓语动词前 面，通常总是放在谓语动词后面，slowly则比 较灵活，可放在谓语动词前，也可放在谓语动 词后，有时甚至可放在句首。
