课前的三分钟时间既是学生的学习准备时间，也是将学生的思绪导入到英语课堂中的有效时间。
以往，我们的教师们没有重视对课前三分钟的利用。
本学期在教务处的倡导下，我们教师对课前三分钟的活动和类容进行了深入的探讨，通过实际操作，取得了良好的效果，现就如何实现小学英语课前三分钟高效学习谈谈我的一点看法。
一、组织形式多样化，活动内容生活化，通过创设情景，迎合学生的不同兴趣。
俗话说:兴趣是最好的老师。
教师只有有效地激发学生的学习兴趣，才能获得预设的教学效果。
我最初确定的形式是让学生按组轮流讲笑话、讲故事、表演情景剧。
刚开始，大部分学生参与的积极性很高，为了台上精彩的三分钟，为了能在同学们面前好好表现自己，他们在课前都能精心准备，有的学生甚至一遍遍地反复操练，1直至达到脱口而出。
但兴趣是最容易转移的，再精彩的东西，天天接触也会乏味，而且有些内容是大家早已熟悉的，没有新鲜感，有些学生逐渐失去兴趣，效果总不如人意。
针对这一情况，我积极寻找新的途径，按学生抽签，人人都有可能抽到，基础好的同学带头，这一办法果然见效，大大激发了学生的积极性。
为了更好地发挥学生的智慧，我鼓励学生提供方案，形式不限，使课前的三分钟活动变得更加丰富多彩，学生们的积极性很快又被调动起来，活动的形式也丰富了:有讲故事、说笑话，有猜谜语、诗朗诵，有情景剧表演、做动作猜单词或词组，学生们甚至还把“快乐大本营”、“非常6+1”等节目都改装到了教室，学生所讲的内容包罗万象，无所不有。
这种寓教于乐的活动不但锻炼了学生的胆识，增强了自信，提高了口语水平，而且也极大地丰富了学生课外英语学习生活。
在这个活动中，我始终坚持以教师为主导、学生为主体的指导思想。
因此，在具体操作中，教师要根据学生的认知特点和身心发展规律，结合教学实际对活动任务作出合理的指导，同时把开展活动的主动权交给学生。
当然，由于学生的知识、能力层次各不相同，对此，我尊重学生实际，分层次抽签，为各个层次的学生设计不同层次的任务，让各个层次的学生都“吃得了”、“吃得饱”、“吃得好”。
要尽可能多地发挥优秀生的带动作用，同时给学困生2提供获得第二次成功的机会。
这样有效地调动了的学生学习的积极性。
二、自主朗读多样化，充分发挥学生的主观意识除了开展一系列的兴趣活动，我还运用了更多的时间开展了自主朗读。
小学英语大纲提出:“小学英语教学的目的是:通过生动活泼的课堂教学活动，对学生进行基本的听、说、读、写训练，使学生打好语音、语调基础，掌握一定的词汇和最基本的语法知识，培养学生基本的日常会话能力以及拼读、拼写能力。
同时，注重培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使他们喜欢学习英语和使用英语，为他们升入中学继续学习英语奠定初步的基础。
在英语教学过程中，培养学生良好的思想品德和行为习惯。
”在课堂以外，我们要利用各种形式引导学生多读多说，而利用好课前的三分钟，为学生营造一种英语的语音环境，调动学生的英语思维将更有效地提升英语课堂的英语教学效果。
课前三分钟的自主朗读它从情感上真正承认与体现了学生是学习的主体，从活动形式上体现了学生的学习主体地位，从学生的管理上体现了学生的主体地位，为构建和谐的高效的课堂奠定情感基础。
课前三分钟里，我将自主朗读形式分为三种形式:带读(To3follow to read)，齐读(To read to embody)，自由读(To read toshow)。
这三种形式的朗读都有一个统一的要求，学生必须用手指去指着要读的内容，或做我们对文本内容定位的手势。
而这三种形式则是为了构筑更民主的课堂而设计的——一切由学生作主。
许多学习内容，学生掌握的情况参差不齐，学习委员或课代表就担当起了小老师的角色，带着全班同学读读，小老师教读一句，同学们跟读一句。
在齐读的时候，为了集中学生的注意力，再次从视觉上刺激大脑神经，加强学生的记忆效果，在齐读的时候要求学生指着读的内容，对于个别易走神的孩子要求同桌学位两个人一起指着朗读的内容。
自由读(To readto show)是指学生自由地朗读课文内容，但是，自主读的时候由小组长与学伴带着学生进行朗读。
在朗读的时候小组成员之间进行相互监督，相互帮助，以保证自主读的时候有效果。
自由读的时候，由学习委员或课代表组织读的形式与读的内容，由小组长与学伴辅助完成有效的读。
小组长或学伴帮助组、维护小组内的朗读秩序，帮助学困的孩子完成朗读过程。
如:在小组中朗读的时候，可能个别学困的孩子因为跟读的时候走神而错过了或找不到磁带朗读在书上的位置，因此，在这个时候小组长或学伴的帮助能够帮助这些学困的孩4子迅速地找到正确的位置，解决自读的时候走神的问题。
朗读的内容应该是那些适宜自由选择朗读的内容，比如说口语对话、生词、句型、课文等等。
在安排朗读内容的时候，以星期为单位，依据遗忘规律变化图，将上周学习过程中没有掌握的，或易忘记的内容作为本周的朗读内容。
每一份内容都需要整合所有上周最易忘记的内容，然后是较易忘记的内容。
在每周星期一上午，我把本周要在课前朗读的内容告诉学生，由学习委员和课代表自由选择要朗读的内容。
这样，让学生明确感到自己是学习的主人，自己要做学习的主人。
在现在的六年级，英语水平差距较大。
因此，为了让孩子们能够利用相同的时间缩短内部差异，就必须充分调动孩子们的积极性。
因此，在最初的自主课前阅读实施之前，我就与同学们讨论了在课前三分钟的阅读的时候该做些什么，朗读内容的大致范围。
通过学习委员和课代表对差生进行调查，然后确定读的哪些内容必须读，哪些内容可以不读，哪些内容可以先读，哪些内容可以后读。
这样学生的朗读就变自了自愿的读，变成“我要读”。
课前三分钟的活动开展，让学生参与到自主学习中来，使学生成为了学习的主体，调动了它们的主人翁意识，培养了他们的创新能力和竞争精神，使他们在活动中学会了分享和合作。
使课堂教学前的准备工作顺利开展，对提高英语课堂5教学效益，起到了很好的促进作用。
只要我们善于引导、充分利用，课前三分钟活动一定能以小见大，发挥其四两拨千斤的作用。
