Teaching reflectionThere are only two new words in this lesson “preferand lyric ”. During my preparation, I prepared a lot of pictures to realize the revision and teaching of the new words. I found that they were quite attractive when students saw them during the teaching. In terms of my organization of the class, there were four steps in detail. They were warming-up, pre-task, while-task, and post-task. Warming-up occupied about 6 minutes; pre-task occupied 8 minutes; practice and pairwork accounted for half of the class; listening lasted about 6 minutes. I was quite satisfied with the part of oral practice, because every student participated in listening and talking. They could give correct answers when they stood up. The feedback information was ideal at this point. Meanwhile, I was not satisfied with the listeningpart. If I had five more minutes, I would play the tape recorder for another time and let them repeat what they heard. Because of the limited time, I just let them listen and check the answers, I think it not enough if I want to develop their listening and speaking abilities.That ’s all about my class. 洲瑞镇实验学校说课比赛总结
为提高我校英语教师驾驭教材、展示教学设计的能力,同时也为选拔优秀选手参加上级英语教师说课比赛,经研究决定,我校于2011年11月17日举行了为其一天紧张有序的英语教师说课比赛活动。

共有4名教师参加了此次比赛,此次说课比赛反映出我镇英语教师专业扎实、有活力、有敬业精神、进取心强,充分说明了我校英语学科队伍的蓬勃发展。

每名参赛者的说课时间以13分钟为宜,尽量使用了英语。

说课时包括:【说教学内容分析】【说教学目标设计】【说教学重点和难点】【说教学理念】【说教学对象分析】【说教学策略及教法设计】【说教学准备】【说教学过程设计】【说教学预估情况与感想】等。

参赛教师的说课,突出了先进的教学理念,诠释了周全的教学思路,体现了扎实的教学能力,展示了丰富的演讲才华,展现了创新的教学境界。

本次比赛,根据教师的说课表现,评委从教材简析、教法学法、教学过程设计与展示、教师基本功与创新设计等五个方面现场打分,根据得分高低评奖。

为鼓励教师继续努力加强自身学习,为体现比赛的严肃性,按照活动评价比例安排,评出一等奖1名、二等奖3名。

再次回顾整个比赛,也有一些不足之处:
说课是教师面对同行,以科学的教育理论为指导,将自己对课标、教材的理解和把握、课堂程序的设计和安排,学习实践等一系列教育教学元素的确立及其理论依据进行阐述的一种教学研究活动。

简言之,即做什么、怎么做、为什么这样做。

要说好课有四个方面要注意:
1.误区一:说课就是复述教案
部分老师一上台就开始拿着教案或读或背起来了,而台下的观众听着听着就觉得很无意义,有的心里想着这还不如我看教师参考书呢?
说课稿与教案有一定的联系,但又有明显的区别,不应混为一谈。

教案是教师备课这个复杂思维过程的总结,多是教学具体过程的罗列,是教师备课结果的记录,是教师进行课堂教学的操作性方案。

它重在设定教师在教学中的具体内容和行为,即体现了“教什么”、“怎么教”。

说课稿侧重于有针对性的理论指导的阐述,它虽也包括教案中的精华部分,
但更重要的是要体现出执教者的教学思想、教学意图和理论依据,即思维内核。

简单地说,说课稿不仅要精确地说出“教”与“学”的内容与怎么“教”与“学”的方法,而且更重要的是要从理论和实践的结合上具体阐述“我为什么要这样教”。

教案是平面的、单向的,而说课是立体的、多维的。

说课稿是教案的深化,扩展与完善。

2.误区二:说课就是再现上课过程
教师在说课过程中一直口若悬河,激动万分地给听者“上课”:讲解知识难点、分析教材、演示教具、介绍板书等,把讲给学生的东西照搬不误地拿来讲给下面就座的各位评委、同行们听。

其实,如果他们准备的内容和课程安排面对的是学生,可能会是一节很成功的示范课。

但说课绝不是上课,二者在对象、要求、评价标准以及场合上具有实质性的区别,不能等同对待。

说课是“说”教师的教学思路轨迹,“说”教学方案是如何设计出来的,设计的优胜之处在哪里,设计的依据是什么,预定要达到怎样的教学目标,这好比一项工程的可行性报告,而不是施工工程的本身。

由此可见,说课是介于备课和上课之间的一种教学研究活动,对于备课是一种深化和检验,能使备课理性化,对于上课是一种更为严密的科学准备。

3.误区三:说教学方法太过笼统,说学习方法有失规范
“教学设计和学法指导”是说课过程中不可缺少的一个环节,有些教师在这环节中多一言以蔽之:我运用了启发式、直观式、任务型等教学法,学生运用自主探究法、合作讨论法等等。

至于教师如何启发学生,任务活动怎样操作,却不见了下文。

甚至有的教师把“学法指导”误解为:解答学生疑问、学生习惯养成、简单的技能训练。

教法的概念大家还好把握,交际法、情景教学法,任务型教学法等等,说教法时,应说出“怎么教”的办法以及“为什么这样教”的根据。

说教法至少要说明选择使用何种教学方法,以哪种教学方法为主,哪几种方法为辅,采用什么教学手段实现教学目标,采用这些教学方法和手段的理论依据是什么,并说明这些教学方法在本课教学中的具体操作方法。

说教法时最好能说明在本课教学过程中贯彻什么教学原则,采用什么教学模式,并做出必要的解释和说明。

如果巳形成了独特的教学思想和教学特色,最好单独列出。

而怎样使学生在学会过程中达到会学?怎样在教学过程中恰到好处地融进学法指导呢?
在说学法时,应结合课堂教学内容,说出在本课教学过程中,指导学生学习使用或学会使用什么学习方法,如五官并用、强化记忆、比较归纳、分析概括规律、循环记忆、分类记忆、联想记忆、发现学习、心口一致等等。

要说明结合本课教学培养学生哪种学习能力,如观察力、记忆力、想像力、注意力、创造力、思维能力、反应能力、自学能力等。

“教学设计和学法指导”在最大程度上应体现课改精神——教师是课堂教学的组织者、引导者、参与者、启发者。

4.误区四:说课过程没有任何的辅助材料和手段
有的教师在说课过程中,既无说课文字稿,也没有运用任何的辅助手段。

有的教师明明说自己动手设计了多媒体课件来辅助教学,但在说课过程中,始终不见庐山真面目,让听者不禁怀疑其真实性。

说课活动中虽然没有学生,看不到师生之间和学生之间的多边活动,但从教师的说课过程中要体现以学生为主体,充分发挥学生在学习活动中的作用、调动学生的学习积极性的活动形式与手段。

所以,说课教师在说课过程中可以运用一定的辅助手段:如将板书、投影仪、演示、实验、特制的复合投影片,不同颜色的图片、图表、直观教具,实物或实物图的展示,多媒体等等,恰当的组合在说课中,可促进听者思考,诱发听者的参与意识,使之跟着说者的思路去理解说课的内容,从而取得最佳的说课效果。

总之,说课不等于备课,不能照教案读;说课不等于讲课,不能视听课对象为学生去说;说课不等于背课,不能按教案只字不漏地背;说课不等于读课,不能拿事先写好的说课稿去读。

说课时,要抓住一节课的基本环节去说,说思路、说方法、说过程、说内容、说学生,紧紧围绕一个“说”字,突出说课特点,完成一种交流式的说课进程。

在有限的时间里向同行及评委们说清楚课,说好课,把课说得有条有理、有理有法、有法有效,说得生动有趣。
