保密期限将不受本合同期限的限制。
受托方在履行本合同过程中触及和知晓的有关委托方的设备、网络情况、业务程序及方式、管理的方法制度和专有技术等，无论此种信息的形式和目的为何，均为委托方的保密信息，未经一方书面同意，另一方不得复制、记录或以其他方式泄露上述信息。
