第三课时课时内容A. Let’s spell课时分析本部分分为语音学习和单词书写两部分内容。

通过听一听，读一读，唱一唱的活动，展示四个语音例词：dog, box, orange, body, 让学生通过听、读、拆音等练习体会并掌握字母o在单词中的发音。

本课时主要学习其在闭音节里发的短音/ɒ/。

而本活动中的韵句，以包含字母o的四个语音例词dog, box, orange, on 为主要内容，与本单元的重点句式——描述物品位置有关。

之后的读一读，听一听、标序号活动，学生需要根据听到的顺序给相应的单词标上序号，检验学生的听力，以及认读单词的能力。

听一听写一写的活动通过描红单词，使学生初步掌握单词的书写要求并辨认字形。

在教学过程中，需要通过多种活动，使学生自己发现、感悟字母的发音规律。

教学过程✪Step 1 Warm up1.TPR活动: Put your foot under your chair.Teacher: First, let’s do some actions. Please listen and do.设计意图：以上节课中的TPR指令活动来进行热身，既起到了温故知新的作用，还可以让学生在运动中做好学习英语的知识、心理准备。

✪Step 2 Lead in1.游戏：I do you say.教师凭借两只手做动作，请学生说出in, on, under.Teacher: Look at my hands. This is for ___. （把右手食指放在左手手背上）Yes, on. This is for _____.（左手握住右手食指）Yes, in. And this is for under. （右手食指放在左手下面）Now, listen! 不按顺序展示三个动作，学生快速说出单词。

设计意图：这个游戏既衔接上一个TPR活动，又为下一个环节做铺垫。

因为on会出现在下面要学习的语音韵句里。

✪Step 3 Presentation1. 依次展示狗、盒子、狗在盒子上。

讨论这些图片，引出语音韵句中四个主要语音例词。

Teacher: Look，what’s this? It’s a dog. Say with me, dog, d-o-g.（板书单词）What’s this? This is a box. Say with me, box, b-o-x. （板书单词）What colour is the box? It’s orange. Say with me, orange, o-r-a-n-g-e.（板书单词）Where is the dog? Yes, it’s on the box. Say with me, on, on, on. （板书单词）Teacher：Read the words together, please. What do you find? They have an o, right? What’s the sound of o in these words? Try to say it.Teacher: O sounds / ɒ / in these words. Look at my mouth, say it together, / ɒ /. Line by line, say it, please.设计意图：通过图片展示语音例词，通过反复地读和拆读，使学生体会字母o的发音，通过观察口型来获得音标的正确发音方法，并一一练习，以便教师及时纠正。

2. 播放语音韵句，学生跟读。

Teacher：Now let’s listen to a chant about the dog and the box.Teacher: Let’s say the chant together.设计意图：因为语音韵句的主要内容与刚刚学习语音例词时讨论交流的内容一致，所以在此时进行韵句的学习，一方面冲淡学习语音需要多次重复的枯燥感，另一方面也通过韵句的多次重复诵读，让学生进一步体会字母的发音。

✪Step 4 Practice1. 比比谁说得快。

请学生快速说出语音韵句，进行比赛。

Teacher: Now let’s say the chant quickly. Let’s find the fastest one. You can practice for three minutes. Then let’s say it two by two.设计意图：通过快速说韵句的比赛，激发学生的好胜心和竞争意识。

在快速挑战的过程中，使学生能够在语流中发准音，读对单词，说对句子。

2. 游戏：What’s missing。

出示五个语音例词：dog, box, orange, body, on，然后快速拿走一个，请学生说出消失的单词。

Teacher: Let’s play a game. Look at this word. Read them please. Now, what’s missing?3. 看口型，猜单词。

教师说出五个语音例词中的一个，但不出声，学生通过观察老师的口型，猜出单词，并大声读出来。

Teacher: Boys and girls, let’s play a game. I will say a word. Look at my mouth carefully. Guess what word it is. And try to say it loudly.设计意图：通过观察教师口型来猜单词，有助于学生了解字母o的发音方法，并熟悉各个单词的整体发音。

4. 快速抢读。

展示含有字母i的单词图卡（dog, box, orange, body, on, hot, fox, doll, 等），学生快速反应，并以拼读的方式读出单词。

Teacher: Now, I’ll show the cards of the words. You should say it quickly. And please say it like this. dog, d-o-g, /d/ / ɒ / /g/ .设计意图：这个活动一方面使学生能够理解和认读这些单词，另一方面，也使他们可以在具体的单词中使用字母o的发音规则去拼读。

5. 听音标序号。

完成教材40页Read, listen and number的活动。

Teacher：Now, you will hear four words. Please find them and number them.设计意图：此环节一方面要求学生可以准确地听出单词，另一方面还需要他们可以正确地认读单词，才能顺利完成标序号的任务。

6. 听一听，写一写。

根据听到的内容，在四线三格上描红书写相应的单词。

Teacher：Now, please listen and write. Write the word that you heard. d-o-g, /d/ / ɒ / /g/, dog, b-o-x,/b/ / ɒ / /ks/, box, b-o-d-y, body, /b/ / ɒ / /d / / ɪ /, o-r-a-n-g-e, / ɒ / /r/ / ɪ / /n/ /dʒ /, orange.设计意图：学生根据教师的拼读去描红，一方面体会单词在四线三格中的书法方式，另一方面也在书写中进一步体会字母在单词里的发音。

Step 5 Summary1. 编写语音小韵句，学生学唱。
