【海归招聘会】斩获宝洁offer,你该这么做!宝洁的招聘可以说是流程最多的,有一个说法是:如果你经历过宝洁的面试,那你基本就不再会怕面试了。
我们这届的流程是网申,一笔,一面,二面,二笔。
网申先说说网申,分性格测试和逻辑测试。
性格测试这个东西,我听到的建议是BeYourself,我也是这么做的。
至于很多人所说的标准答案,我反正没试过,更不建议大家用那个。
首先标准答案就算能通过,也未必是一个最高的分数。
性格测试的结果应该是分等级的,而不是准确分数。
比如说有1-5分,也许在招人的大年,4.5分可以过网申,但在招人的小年只有5分才能过。
所以过去的标准答案未必就能帮你通过网申。
更重要的是,如果你靠标准答案过了网申,那并不是真实的你,这样在两轮的面试中,早晚会暴露自己的问题。
我的建议是,与其去看什么标准答案,不如好好看看宝洁的文化和对员工的要求,并好好审视一下自己,看看自己是否符合宝洁的文化,是否达到宝洁的要求。
如果能借此机会让自己在反省中成长,也不失为一件好事。
一笔就是考托业,基本的商务英语。
一面一面主要是问你简历上的东西其实在接到一面通知以前,我就已经开始准备一面的内容了。
倒不是说我就自我感觉那么良好,而是未雨绸缪是我的习惯。
就算宝洁不给我一面,我准备的内容早晚会用到。
什么事都要尽早准备,有时一个难得的机会,恰恰就在于你是否比别人早一点准备,甚至只是早一天。
所以在一面之前,我已经把自己的简历做了充分的挖掘。
这里有一点特别重要,准备简历面试时,你要做的是挖掘简历,而绝不是编造简历。
为什么?很简单,面试的人那么那么多,编造的简历往往是相似的,而你对自己简历的挖掘,却可以展示一个与众不同的你。
相信很多公司和宝洁一样,关注的绝不仅仅是你做了怎样的事,更重要的是你是怎么做得这件事,你的收获是什么。
同样的事,不同的人有不同的做法,也就会有不同的收获。
所以,挖掘相同事情背后的不同,才是真正重要的。
不记得一面面试官是谁了……当时我介绍了大学里做过的所有课题,她最初对我的其中一个通过人流量分析商圈中不同地点的潜在购买力的课题很感兴趣,然后我们就展开谈了这个课题。

周二商务谈判培训的时候测试发现,真的不是盖的,非常准! 非实验区的朋友们快来测一下...每道题有四个选项,你认为最符合你的那个选项打4分,其他三个依次打3、2、1分,每道题限做10秒钟,(目的是为了测试你的潜意识,) 否则就不准了。
