酒店服务指南(参考10份)酒店服务指南(参考10份)酒店服务指南(一):入住酒店客房我们的承诺: 让客人在到达酒店时,感受到舒适、受欢迎和放心1、早上七点到晚上十一点间,酒店大门前必须有穿着整齐制服的员工来迎接客人。

2、客人等候服务的时光或等候员工向其解释的时光不超过三分钟。

3、欢迎客人时应使用酒店的名字。

4、与客人确认房型,离店日期,非吸烟房或吸烟房及房价。

5、与客人确认酒店会员号。

若客人尚未入会,员工须告知入会的优惠条件并主动供给入会登记表格。

6、向酒店会员解释快速退房的手续。

7、与客人确认航空公司荣誉会员号。

若系统中无此信息,则提议客人用其酒店会员卡,并向其解释双重奖励。

8、若客人曾下榻过酒店,须根据客人已有的信息提及客人的一些习惯,让其感觉是酒店尊贵的客人。

9、须清晰地写下房号并明确地指给客人看,而不是口头告知。

10、向客人指明通向客房的方向,并祝客人居住愉快。

11、所有客人都须得到行李搬运的服务,至少有一名行李员随时供给服务。

12、在不耽误客人时光的前提下,向客人介绍酒店的一至两个主要特点。

13、陪同客人到房间时,须为客人提包裹,箱子和外衣。

14、陪同客人进房间时,须向客人提及客房中一致两个有可能被忽视的特点。

15、当有客人排长队现象时,除增加人手加快服务外,应有一名员工在长队旁供给服务和帮忙。

6、当与小孩打交道时,不要忽略他们,避免用第三人称提到小孩子,如可能的话,应蹲下身子与他们直接交流。
