它迅速而准确地传达内部信息,且便于存档。

办公室便笺通常由下列部分组成:
1.标题。

便笺的标题包括公司名称,也可能包括公司的标志(logo)和广告语(slogan).
2.收件人。

在To后面写上或打上收这份便笺的人的姓名和职务。

3.发件人。

在From后面写上或者打上发件人的姓名和职务。

4.事由。

在Subject的后面写上该便笺的主题。

5.日期。

在Date后面写上当天日期。

6.文件号或查阅号。

在file或Reference Number后面打上一个存档号或查阅号。

7.正文。

在正文部分(Body Section)写上便笺的主要信息。

8.附件。

如果在便笺中附上其他材料(Enclosure),则要在正文后面进行标注。

9.副本抄送标志。

在副本抄送标志(Copy DistributionNotation)后面打印接收副本的人名。

10.附言。

在附言(Post锝擄絻锝掞綁锝愶綌)后面可以补充任何需要的附带信息。

在以上10个部分中,收件人、发件人、事由和日期是必不可少的,其他部分可酌情省略。
