该工厂建于_年，是第一辆_诞生的地方。
按照参观流程，我们一行人首先观看了宣传片，回顾了_的发展历程。
在十年的时间里，_实现了快速发展，_年销售汽车超过一百万辆，取得年销售上亿和利税百亿的辉煌成绩，成为x_济的龙头企业。
x_厂员工约x_人，带动上下游就业达到x_人，是真正意义上的经济效益和社会效益双丰收。
我们不禁好奇这样一个庞大的工厂是如何运转的?参观引导员介绍说汽车生产分为冲压、焊接、喷漆和总装四个主要工艺流程，接着带我们走进了总装车间。
厂房约有_多米高，各种生产设备和设施主体为淡黄色，整齐有序地排布在绿色通道的两侧。
高大的立体停放架从地面延伸到房顶，缓缓移动的流水线上有各式各样等待总装的车身，令人目不暇接。
与崭新的车身相比，厂房设施略显陈旧，但可以看出自动化程度很高。
流水线会把车身依次传送到相应的工位，工位的一侧已经整齐码放好所需的零配件，确保安装工作准确流畅。
厂区内随处可见执行配送任务的电瓶车在穿梭，一问才知道，基本上都是零配件供应商的现场工作人员按照_工厂的生产计划保障配送任务。
且不说_工厂要求合格供应商必须在方圆_公里内建厂保证供货畅通，就是要将成百上千零配件准确无误的配送到相应的工位与流水线上车身到达同步，就需要非常精确的调度和配合，感觉偌大的工厂有一个看不见的手在指挥调度。
厂区内有若干个高高悬挂的显示屏，动态显示流水上总装车辆的数量、进度等的信息。
有了高度成熟的工艺管理，工人的工作也被划分成简单的程式化的操作，在车身移动过程中即可完成并转入下一工序。
在每一个子工艺结束的地方都有“保证”环节检查确认。
等待装配的车身外壳好像塑料玩具一样被流水线轻松传递，工人会依次为它安装内饰、底盘以及发动机等部件。
在机器的帮助下，每项操作都变得轻而易举和准确无误。
当它从“OK线”出来时已经是一辆真正意义上的汽车了，崭新得像个新生的婴儿，据说在这个总装车间不到一分钟就会“出生”一个。

再见，一汽丰田西青工厂！最后一辆COROLLAEX花冠下线
2017年2月17日，又是一个对天津汽车工业来讲值得怀念的日子，最后一辆COROLLAEX花冠轿车正式下线，各个车间先后关闭，位于天津西青区的一汽丰田生产线结束了自己的历史使命，这条仅有6万平米，曾被誉为天津汽车历史上机械化程度最高的生产线数字最终定格在131,8793辆。
不少人含泪告别，因为这里记载了很多人的青春，记录了他们从青年走向壮年，也记录了天津汽车蓬勃发展的17年。
COROLLAEX花冠是天津西青一汽丰田工厂的主要产品，2004年2月在天津启动生产以来逐渐成为一汽丰田的看家产品。
天津人最熟悉的莫过于街上跑的蓝色花冠（大天津的TAXI嘛），当然作为丰田旗下的经典家庭轿车，花冠从1966年诞生以来，畅销全球142个国家，有着“世界车”的美誉。
业界认为，天津一汽丰田所生产的花冠EX是基于丰田330N前驱平台，虽然第九代花冠是最成功的一代，但是平台太过老旧，如果要从330N过渡到丰田最新的“丰田全新架构”TNGA（T oyota New Global Architecture，简称TNGA）存在比较大的跨度，改造成本太高。
因此无论从理论上还是现实角度来讲，2017年让花冠彻底停产算是一个合理的选择。
一汽丰田停产？NO，忙到一直在加班……
其实，一汽丰田西青工厂的停产是按照原计划的进行的，原有生产线的大部分员工也选择来到位于天津经济技术开发区的第二、第三生产线，毕竟这里的平台更高，产品也是更为主流的皇冠、锐志等，还有不得不提的新卡罗拉（双擎），因为在天津执行小客车限购调控政策后，混合动力车成为了提高摇号中签比例的不二法宝，因此工厂即便每天两班倒不间断生产，提车的周期也长达三个月。
花冠谢幕后迎来一款概念SUV？
根据公布的信息来看，丰田将在第四工厂也就是目前在建的丰田新一线采用“丰田新全球架构”（Toyota New Global Architecture，简称TNGA）打造新车。
这一平台推出后，将使丰田汽车的零部件通
用比例最终达到70%~80%，使生产成本大大降低，且工厂大部分生产领域采用机器人作业，设计产能20万台/年，计划2018年6月建成投入使用。
那么问题来了，这条新生产线要生产的是哪款车？丰田汽车(中国)公司董事长大西弘致曾在去年天津新一线启动建设时透露这将是一款更适合于中国城市的SUV，且即将亮相欧洲车展。
